ive read that no more mods will work cause of the new anti-cheat program would this include basic graphic mods like the one im working on that only changes starphere images this does nothing to inhance the players ability at all here are some photos of my work.

Changing the starspheres should be absoloutely fine. I've been using a different set for a long time with no trouble. If you're still unsure though, you can test whether you're going to set off the anti-cheat by creating a new account code with no ships on and connecting to the server with that. That way, if you get banned, it won't matter.

Generally speaking, most graphics mods should be fine. The only one I know of that sets off the anti-cheat is the realistic lighting mod.

In general, most .cmp, .dfm, and .txm files can be changed without problems.

However, .sur and .ini files for example do trigger the autoban because altering them would give one an advantage.
