Link(s) to the black HUD.

Sup.
Each time I see a screen with this HUD, it leaves me with ecstasy.
Therefore, to have this permanent feeling, I would like to have the HUD myself.
I dug around and did some research, but I couldn't find any threads with working links to the modification itself.
So could someone please give me a working link to it please? I will be very greatful.
It's the HUD that looks like/similar to this.
