My friend said that he is on a new Server, Berlin i think. He said that the serverteam implementated the feature to hold own systems with your clan. And that your clan becomes an own faction. Its more like the Freelancer Crossfire Mod, which has this feature. Before i would change the server, becouse of this new feature on the berlin server, i would like to ask if it is possible that the feature will implementaded on the "normal" RP Server of Freelancer Discovery. i found nothink to this topic.
Yes, there are several factions here that own systems, mine included. (we have a black hole ^_^) You just have to have a billion credits and then however much the developer wants, plus make it fit regulations.

I think he is saying they allow people to buy their own system and then put their own NPCs into it. So if, for example, AW bought a system there, we could request an AW NPC faction. I would guess its a server-side modification added on, as they would have to have their own version of the mod each time they added an NPC faction. But no, we don't do those kind of modifications on this server.
look on the Disco Map and you will see that there are indeed New faction systems BUT PLZ just Join 1 of the 513 factions that allready exist dont just start a faction so yoou and 1 other person can say ITS MINE,,, ty and ENJOY Disco its FABB...

' Wrote:My friend's clan holds a system, they are the owner of Berlin, on this server, I'm interested in holding systems by players, not by a NPC Faction.
You can own systems as a player faction (example; AW, TBH, 101st) though they cannot be vanilla systems, like Berlin cannot be fully owned, though RM (the player faction) has jurisdiction there because they are directly tied to, and act almost the exact same as, the NPC faction. Same for SA with Liberty, KNF for Kusari, and QCO/P/[Billion other letters..] for Bretonia. But you can own the guard systems and non-vanilla systems.
