This does work. The outcast council will be meeting soon (albiet out of role play) to come up with a list of regulations on this issue.

This particular wording makes me uneasy. Are you saying all independents, or just those acting as Liberty police/navy etc? This is important.

If you're saying all independents period, that would be asking every single independent, even those not affiliated with any Liberty forces, for permission from you players (the apparent self appointed alpha-faction influence in Liberty) to operate there. And refusing to cooperate would mean being killed on sight?

Now I'm all for good RP but that sounds just a little extreme. Definitely not the actions of a lawful faction like the LSF, SA, or LPI. Or did Liberty become a fascist police-state all of a sudden?

Yes, It's a lot of fun entering a system, getting permission from the Navy and police to be there on a humanitarian mission for RepEx, giving your position away to the whole system for young pilots requiring financial aid and then getting blown up right outside Manhatten by 'Pirates' without firing a single shot.

Rp wise, getting that close to a major Planet without full military alert is totally unrealistic.

I could be wrong, but it left me frustrated and confused... ha ha.. dammit that a game has that effect on me!

I don't play on an RP server so that I can be the fodder of kids again... feels like WOW all over again..but in space.

vent over.. I feel much better now.

I am very frustrated at the Falcarta.(insert number) people. They priate people, like right in the middle of liberty space. I ask them why no npc shoot them in rp. they say a very (excuse me, and i know some of you are on forum, but i need to say this), a very lame excuse "oh i hacked my rep, bounty hunter let me pirate, so does the navy and police, because im too awesome".
Excuse me. You dont pirate in the middle of liberty space. get yourself HOSTILE to the npcs, then we'll talk. I've paid you, but I feel I shouldnt have. that was really, really lame RP. And its not because i had to pay a tax - I've learned to be patient and pay often these days. I dont really care, and by character rather find it amusing to finance you people destroy everything - remember he is covertly working for SCRA, and if you kil leach others with that money, fine.
but that sort of behavior is worthy of people not coming on forums. you people should know better.

Ok... they did it 4/5 times today... and they have been defeated every time...

..phew.. did they learn anything?? no... fleet after fleet again and again..

... The funniest thing is that in the last battle 3 caps had corsair tag/ID and fighter had outcast tag... didn't have time to scan him for ID because he was destroyed... !?!?!

So some people trade their as*** off for the cap ship and then they figure that it is not fun they expected... and their next step is what?? ...hmmm... let's see traveling from Theta to Ny to get their fun..please...

Well you better get a better view of us!:P We're working hard to improve our RP and our performance, also practicing in our fighters daily, and joining most of the fights in them, although, today we had to fight mainly in caps against those corsairs, but at least we helped defeat them.
