Well this is wrong in a way. K'Hara RP is the same as Nomad RP. They are the same thing for the most part (without going too complicated about the different caste's) Players just do not learn about the K'Hara's RP and follow it.
As soon as the Nomad ID was open, everyone knew that it would be used for a lulwut reason to go shoot things without saying much. Not much you can do about it.
the K'Hara will be letting people publicly know very soon how to join. Things will be a lot more simple than before. All we can do is hope some people who use the Nomad ID are actually willing to learn how the Nomads work and incorporate some RP in with that PvP
k'hara nomad rp has been overcomplicated by it's initial creators, you'll never have a lot of applicants untill it's toned down nor will you have an extreme lot of interesting rp interactions simply because people can't keep up. I have no issue with nomad indies not doing the whole speech thing completely, but it would be nice if we could avoid falling into normal human speech too.
That sounds about right, Yes, nomad RP is complicated. That's why the indies just don't bother learning, using the Nomads as a tool to PvP only. You can't help that. Nomads have been starting to tone down a little, but at the rate things are going, I really doubt that it will happen fast enough to make any difference.
