It'd make more sense for Interspace to focus their fleet on crime reduction and lane security rather then being yet-another-hauler.
One thought to make the house haulers a little more popular is to give the house trains a small cargo boost, past 5000. House trains only, and house HAULER usage only for those - Meaning Repex, USI, Gateway, Bowex, Kishiro, Samura, IDF. Noone else. Factions who RP-wise exist to move cargo should have a bonus in doing so.
And no, player factions spun off from the Zoners or Interspace wouldn't need that boon either.

Please? with extra sugar on top? And make it for officials only? (somehow? )
