Good day,
This is to report a few minor skirmishes around New York and its neighboring systems...
Whilst running a weekly maintenance on the MacArthur, TIM spotted something unusual on long range radar....
We tracked it down near Planet Manhattan were the target came into visual range.
The target was something you don't see everyday. It was a Gallic Royal "Valor" Battleship.
I hailed for reinforcements as we did not have the firepower to deal with the ship... but as TIM assessed the combat capabilities of the ship. It was already badly damaged.
TIM detected several hull panels missing from the rear starboard side of the ship... while several turrets emplacements were incapable of firing. The Captain's shields were also holding at a dangerous level, nearly frying the ship's core, but I was amazed at how the ship was still able to engage cruise...
The ship's captain tried to dive into the sun... but this failed as the badly needed reinforcements had arrived.
Together with Captain Rohj Teerin, Commander Murray of the LABC San Francisco, and Junior Lieutenant Anthony Kalen... we downed the wounded beast before he had the chance to burn up. No survivors were found.
Later that day, I switched to my fighter and found a smuggler near West Point.
I don't know why but the Captain managed to dock at West Point but luckily for me... a Secondary Fleet pilot by the name of John.Preston managed to see the Captain undock from West Point.
We joined together with a certain George.McLaren to perform a sting operation as we determined that the target was using the Cali-NY Jump Gate.
Target was detained near California Jump Gate, NY side, where he tried to engage a cloaking device. We destroyed him before the cloak could fully materialized.
Cargo was obliterated following the destruction of the vessel.
I will have the Ganymede moved to West Point immediately.
I trust that none of your crew, or the dockhands at West Point have come into direct contact with the device? If they have...they too, will be taken aboard the Ganymede.
...It's been quite some time since we've been able to study a device like this -- and it's effects, in detail.

It has been a long way coming since then, and my recovery has taken longer than expected, but i am glad to say that i have made a full recovery. The Medical Recovery Staff has signed me fit for a return to Combat Duty today, a report of this is available upon request. With this in mind, and a long decision making process, I am hereby Requesting to be Re-Instated at my previous rank if your decision so allows and a position is available. Either way, I wish to serve the Libertonian Navy and our Home again.

First off,
I'd like to thank you Admiral for allowing me to return to active duty. As agreed to before, I will complete the Eight Hour probationary Period and regain full status. I shall not disappoint you Admiral.
Now, on the the actual Subject.
I've completed my first control the other day, and it started right off with a call that an Artifact smuggler. I headed to Fort Bush , his last known location, to intercept, and found him half way to Manhattan. Sure enough, it was a Pirate Train full of Artifacts, not only was he smuggling, but in an illegal vessel too. I ordered the Pilot to drop his cargo, which he did after a little discussion, the Artifacts were confiscated shortly after. On top of that he was fined 5 Million Credits for Smuggling and flying an Illegal Vessel. The day went on with an engagement against Rheinland Forces in Pennsylvania. During the ensuing dogfight, my hull was critically damaged and i had to Retreat. Thats all for the first Report. Guncam Footage is attached.

First off, let me say thank you to Admiral Baker for letting me hop back into piloting on such little notice. As to where I was, I was solving some, shall we say "family problems" on the barrier gate. Incognito, of course. But since I've gotten back, I've flown a bit. Since I never got the chance to submit reports for each flight individually, I've instead stuck together the end results of all patrols.
