I have also, during my patrol today, come across something that puzzeled me. I found a Xeno binary coded ship, flown by artificial intelligence. Seemed to respond all communications with 0101101. Now the strange thing was it was flying a raven claw. Has there been any reports from our orbitary battleships about the loss of these craft?
In other business i took off to find my comm channel full of what i like to call 'day time tv' rubbish. Seemed to be lots of independant pilots in orbit arguing. A strange ship approached me by the name of [Admin]Bulldog, and requested that i sort out the system. I used my security clearance to take control of the satellites controlling the communication channels, and proceeded to lay down rules regarding the manner of discussion used in liberty space. After receiving a fair bit of abuse from some of these so called 'pilots' i managed to clear the space of manhatton and most of the new york system //basically bulldog told me to sort it out, i said shut up in rp, and most flew off :)
I was then engaged by a rogue bomber under the name of alfaga...or something along those lines. Now i don't know what technology the rogues have their hands on, but he was able to slow down all computer systems, and had somehow found a way to hide his cannonfire //he killed me in about 2 seconds, without me seeing any form of lazer, neutron cannon.... anything.
Officer Daniel carpenter can also account for this new technology used//he went to admins to get this char looked over for modding// and was subject to similar experience, just without the loss of ship i suffered.

From now on the only exceptions for the mercenary ID are the factions of Mandalore and Jupiter Guild. Individual mercenaries who do not have the tag of the mentioned factions will be treated as kill on sight whether they are contracted by the LSF, telling the tales that they are working for the lawful cause or not. Individual mercenaries should not be allowed within Liberty by the LSF and SA officers. Any Liberty officer failing to comply to this order will be shot at sight and sent to detention.
Remaining individual mercenaries have 24 hours of time to move their vessels out of Liberty.
Liberty officers are NOT allowed to manage contracts with individual mercenaries. This includes any of you out there; SA, LSF and LPI.

I cannot believe what I have just read. I have been loyal to Liberty since Admiral Woosley granted me access to Liberty. Why have you made this proclamation now? How can this be? Has Liberty gone against its word? Has Liberty betrayed those who work (unpaid mind you) diligently to help protect Liberty space?

As long as you are using the navy ID and tag, you are granted to operate in that zone. This will put a responsibility on your shoulders though, such that you should report back to Liberty officers when ordered and provide back up if needed.

Sir, as long as I am in charge, independent mercenaries will not be tolerated in Liberty space. Due to the new safety program, mentioned protocols will be run for a week in order to observe the effects. Final decision will be given within the headquarters. I would suggest you to move your vessel out of Liberty while you still have time.
