"Citizens of the Coalition, recently forces of the Revolutionary Army struck a major blow against the Corsair Empire, elements of the Fighter Corps led by General Joseph Garcia ambushed and crippled a Battleship belonging to The Corsair Brotherhood in revenge for a past strike against the Coalition's Flagship the 'Havana'.
The vessel had been drawn by the Zoner Alliance's increasingly hostile behaviour and was likely onroute to purge the local population of Omicron 74 in full view of the treasonous Order and unknown AI Vessels, however when set upon by a Coalition Strike-Wing it attempted to call out to these ships to aid it but according to Revolutionary Army testimony the call was ignored by local vessels. The ship attempted to flee out range by the Omicron Kappa route, however the Coalition Strike-Wing proved too much for the Battleship without Fighter Support and it was crippled.
There is no word on the final fate of the vessel, but analysts suggest that it may be in a dry-dock for some time due to the damage inflicted upon it by Coalition Bombers. It is unlikely that the Corsair Empire will take no action for this retaliatory strike and will strike again soon, however it is unclear where or when such a strike may occur. "

"Citizens of the Coalition, earlier today The Brotherhood who had previously lost a Battleship in combat with a task force of small-craft rallied under General Garcia have issued a statement to the Coalition. This faction of Corsairs have stated that forces of the Coalition within the vicinity of the Omega-49 System would be attacked and destroyed for the destruction of the Artemis. Furthermore they stated that the local Zoners would also suffer for their inaction against us during the assault on the Brotherhood Battleship Artemis, these actions have prompted the Coalition High Command to divert forces from the Gallic Front to the Omega Systems in order to counter any threat they pose to the local population which now lives under threat of Corsair oppression.
General Garcia issued a statement to the people of Omega-49, assuring them that the Coalition would not forget their status as a protectorate of the Sirius Coalition and would protect the civilians living under the threat of annihilation, he went on to further state that the Coalition would establish a Military Presence planetside should the local Corsair Population attempt to seize control of the planet.
Forces of the Revolutionary Army are currently on a state of high-alert in the Omega Territories and are preparing to meet this challenge presented by the Corsairs. We will bring more news as it comes in. "

"After the statement made by the Corsairs and Coalition Forces moved in to defend intermittent combat sparked in the Omega-49 System with a major engagement over Gran Canaria itself resulting in the disabling of a Corsair Battleship, however Coalition Forces were forced to withdrawl due to a superior enemy fighter-screen.
Furthermore Corsair Forces bombarded and destroyed a Bretonian Refugee Camp on Gran Canaria on the faulty assumption of it being a Coalition 'War Camp', the Havana returned the favor by destroying a Corsair settlement of equal population density in vengeance for the loss of life to the civilians of Omega-49, the lack of following up on investigating these Corsair rumours and the blatant destructions of the refugee camp and Corsair settlement have angered the local population towards both the Sirius Coalition and the Corsairs who have demanded that both sides fight the war outside of Omega-49 despite the Corsair Empire being the obvious aggressor in the conflict.
This lack of support is staggering and likely the work of The Brotherhood who according to sources have been feeding the local population on Gran Canaria mis-information and have instated Martial Law upon the planet. Coalition General Garcia has commented that the lack of investigation on both the Corsairs and Zoners are making securing the region for civilians a herculean task.
Coalition Forces at present are preparing for a counter-attack to free the system after the withdraw of the Havana after the bombing of the Corsair settlement. Details on the next phase of the campaign have been unfortunately classified but we will bring you further news as it develops."

Should any citizen encounter strangers claiming to be part of this so-called PRC in any major urban centre it is vital that it be reported to the closest Ministry of Truth office so they may be detained to determine the risk they pose to our People's Republic.

Yesterday, our glorious Premier, the Ikon of Ikons - Alvin Katz, has officially stepped away from his post. He came in time when Coalition needed him most. He restored our nation, removed all the traitors and power thursty individuals from the Army and removed Martinal Law, moving Coalition back to the People's Government. Now, he wants to return to the common civilian life and handed over the reins to one of the most promising ministers from Duma - Anatoliy Cherdenko.
Cherdenko is fifty years old, smart and experienced man, who spent twenty-seven years on serving to the Coalition. He was common soldier in the Revolutionary Army in age of twenty-two. In next five years he made it to Captain and then, by rumors, was recruited to the commissariat. Last ten years he spent in the Duma, working to improve the People's Republic in all ways possible. It was him who was worked on opening borders of Omega 52 for trade with allies of the Revolution. Anatoliy Cherdenko proved himself as effective politian, active defender of the people and staunch in his beliefs. He knows significance of the Army and actively supports its cause and needs. Anatoliy Cherdenko is well known protagonist of socialism and communism, and under his guidance, the Sirius Coalition shall rise and prosper.

"Earlier today Bretonian forces attempted a push into the occupied Leeds system, A Coalition scout vessel was close to the action as it unfolded and witnessed something that was not shocking to Revolutionary Army personnel.
The Bretonian task force attempted a large-scale breech of Gallia's defensive lines several thousand kilometers from the Planet Leeds perimeter, several Dunkirk-Class vessels were spotted in the midst of Gallic Battleships, the enemy fleet was acompanied by a full wing of 'Cougar' Bombers which took the Bretonian forces apart piece by piece. This fight went on until the Bretonian force was reduced to a mere handful of non-disabled ships that was forced to retreat to the New London System, persued by multiple Bombers which continued to harass the fleeing Bretonian task-force all the way to New Hampton Shipyard. The Coalition Scout exited the system before Gallic Forces could intercept him and is currently being debriefed by Ministry of Truth agents.
What this means for the corrupt Kingdom of Bretonia is unsure however many within the Revolutionary Army agree that it bodes ill for the crown's morale."

"This just in: The Republic of Liberty suffers enormous losses to veteran Coalition Pilots despite having a numerally superior force, these brave pilots led by Field Marshal Garcia engaged Liberty Navy forces in the California System, after fierce close-combat and the loss of two ships, the Revolutionary Army strike team came out victorious after intensive combat. The enemy is reported to have lost thirteen combat ships of various class, including a high-profile Liberty Navy Admiral Alan Polstari who was shot down by the pilot Petko Dimitriov.

The team left Liberty with their heads held high and the two ship's pods safely in their cargo holds after giving the Republic of Liberty a bloody nose. The Coalition High Command has expressed it's pride at the actions of these brave souls and is going to be presenting awards to the pilots involved in the engagement."

"Good evening, I am Vladamir Rykov and this is Volgograd News Agency, this afternoon we will be looking at something a bit closer to home than Bretonia, Liberty or even Rheinland. As children you may remember learning about one of our more dangerous neighbors, the self-proclaimed Corsair Empire, a band of survivors from the Hispania Sleeper Ship that settled on the Planet Crete, a world while livable left much to be desired in it's climate.
The Coalition has for the past several years been at odds with the Corsairs due to the Council of Elders betraying the old Coalition Leadership under Aeon's command which forced our remaining civilian population outside of Omega-52 as well as many sympathetic Corsairs to both Volgograd and JiangXi. I am joined today by a Commissar from the Ministry of Truth to discuss the current state of affairs in the war between the Corsair Empire, the Sirius Coalition and both side's assorted allies.
Commissar Tabakov, you are a front-line pilot who has fought the Corsairs across Sirius, can you explain to our viewers about the current state of the war?"
"Of course Comrade. *A deep breath is heard* At present the Red Hessians alongside a large contingent of Coalition Combat Pilots are holding a defensive line against hostile raiding parties despite the enemy having a larger force, strong defensive positions and the skill of our combat pilots maintain a stalemate and keep the Corsair invaders on the opposite side of the Omega-5 System, however due to the enemy also possessing a stronghold of their own, a large facility known as Cadiz, pushes are unlikely to occur so long as they maintain a massive force there."
"Ok Commissar Tabakov I must ask this as I am sure there are others in the Coalition who also are curious, are there plans in the future to change the status quo in the region, for years the Red Hessians have held the stalemate themselves but eventually something must change Da?
Eventually one side must break and show a weakness in their lines, when this happens does the Revolutionary Army have a plan of action to exploit such weaknesses in the lines?"

"That is a fair question, however I cannot say much on current or future plans against the Corsair Garrison of Omega-5 for reasons of national security, but I will say this, the Revolutionary Army has several plans in the event of such a weakness. But let's move on to another system which is close to home that the Coalition has claims upon.
I am sure you know of the Reapers of Sirius and the Corsairs of Omega-50, the Reapers, being genocidal terrorists, attack our patrols any chance they get much like the local Corsairs do, although with little success I might add, while there is a sizable garrison of Corsairs within the system it is not as well manned as Omega-5 where a majority of the fighting is happening, at best they are a minor annoyance to us unlike the veterans of Omega-5. The Local Zoners due to our treaty do not take sides in this conflict thankfully for a third foe in the system would be troublesome enough, especially with it's link to Omega-49's Gran Canaria where a large number of Zoners, Corsairs and even a Bretonian Colony are located. All in all while Omega-50 is difficult to transverse it's not nearly as much of a threat as the Corsairs in Omega-5."
"Thank you Comrade, one last question about Omega-50 before you go, is the Revolutionary Army aware of any localized Garrison the Corsair Empire has within the system or are these raiders from Omega-49?"
"The Coalition is aware of a facility within the system yes, however it's precise location eludes us at this time which makes any combat sortie a failure before it can even begin. That's all the time I have for today Comrade."

"This just in from the Ministry of Truth, notorious Reaver criminal Kalliste Silver was captured by the Coalition Marines in a daring operation. The details of how this was accomplished however were deemed classified for reasons of national security.
After the criminal Kalliste Silver was taken into custody she was tried for a variety of crimes including: Assault of Coalition Citizens, Destruction of Coalition Assets, Arson, Larceny, Disorderly Conduct and Driving under the Influence.
For these crimes and other various crimes against the People's Republic of the Sirius Coalition in addition to crimes against the People's Revolution across Sirius, Kalliste Silver has been sentenced to death and the body to be shot into the Omega-52 Sun.
