basicly, you can get to delta through tohoku, too. - and the BHG warships are guild for those zones actually, so its natural that you see BHG capships in delta, major, iota, kappa ( not really gamma, cause the asteroids protect the corsairs, but if they are not attacked while they are in the asteroids and sitting ducks, its OK for them to be there )
usually, BHG would come to gamma through the sigmas / theta though. - after all, BHGs are present in alaska and known to fight the order in alaska alongside with the navy.

Anyone smuggling Artifacts from Crete to Manhattan is not choosing the most profitable smuggling route for Artifacts, plain and simple. Nor is it the least dangerous.
Artifacts are 30 credits per unit cheaper to purchase from Leon Base, than Crete, and the route through Bretonia certainly doesn't take longer than through Alaska, and is possibly shorter. Plus, you don't have to worry about Nomads, nor who is ambushing you at Zone 21.
If you can't make it to Manhattan, Beaumont Base in Texas is the second best price for selling them.
I assume that you aren't taking passengers back to Crete, so I wonder what you are taking...possibly light arms. Try Counterfeit Software back to Leon Base.
So there, that eliminates any reason for Corsairs to use Alaska, and the mod doesn't need to be changed at all.
Check out my Trade Development Blog
for all the latest news on Nerfs and Final Nails, or to request trade changes.
Except you'll get nailed with a Transportation Tariff on the 2nd leg of the Leon Cambridge Triangle. The BPA won't make you drop your cargo, nor will we blacklist you, but we will charge a 2 mil tariff every time we catch you with Counterfeit Software.

' Wrote:mind you, if liberty doesn t know about gamma - they will never get a supernova for their bombers and a lot of other gear will be restricted, too if we apply RP to all systems. bretonians do not know about omega-49 and gran canaria, omega-55 / 58 are maybe known to explorers and the order, gamma / alpha are not known to any inner sphere person.
As far as I'm aware the SA and LSF take an 'any weapon you like' attitude to the torpedo slot. Besides that, there are RP-valid ways of getting a Supernova on a Liberty character - such as the traders flying around Manhattan selling them:P
No longer active online due to a dwindling amount of non-PvP (trading, pirating, mining, etc.) fun in the new version.

Interesting.
But there is an added incentive to use the Alaska route over the Brettonian one - you are going through a lot less major systems which are policed. The route also has a lot less general traffic.
Well, werent you Corsairs unafraid of a fight?
By going through Alaska, you are rply risking your neck 100x time than just trying to go through major systems. I'll get to hate myself for always making rl life example, but its the best I can do;
what is more realist, smugling through some big cities, or smugling through a military controled area?

Sorry for hijacking, but the current torpedo/capital ship RP situation can get a bit tedious. Imagine a Xeno bomber with only stuff sold on Xeno bases. That'd be effective... Not. The way I see it, these weapons were originally designed by their respective creators (Mini razor =Zoner, inferno = outcasts), but the design now has spread to other groups.
Back on topic... I have seen tons of corsairs in Liberty. Not as much as you guys have, but that's because I play on pacific time. Mostly I see one corsair capital or bomber blowing up things left right and centre. Always independent, of course.
I suggest placing better defences in either Zone 21 or Alaska. And ignoring the "i'm escorting a smuggler" rp stories. Seriously, would a smuggler in real life be escorted by a tank?
