How quickly your power regenerates. So if you have 50% nerf, it takes twice as long for your core to go from empty to full.

Just to clarify here, you will get a x0.75 regen for each one. So a KuEx with Corsair guns will be 75% core regen and an Imperator with Basics will be the same. An Imperator with Corsair guns will be 0.75x0.75 = 56% core regen instead of "-25% twice".

Guns and ships are two different columns for Corsairs.
