Can somebody kill your character for the same crime twice, four days apart? Or is your character absolved of the initial crime since they already died because of it (got shot down)?
The BPA (and at least some other lawful entities) do not consider the loss of your ship to absolve you of all guilt. I do need to get the RP done with Cryer| concerning your crimes, but until that time or whenever you pay your outstanding fines in-game, you will remain a criminal. Even if you RP some "the last guy died but I have his ship" stuff.

Was that video intended to support your case? I don't see anything untoward in it. Personally, I don't see why the BPA would drop the fine just because a Cryer pilot was unfortunately (and allegedly) killed. The fine would surely stand against the company iRP, not against a particular captain as such.
I suspect you are merely a tad upset about the loss of 50-60 millions worth of cargo ~30 seconds from the sell point and looking for someone to take it out on.
