Server issues?

So the server is down again. So far I think it has crashed 8 or so times today on me. Don't feel a need to post this in the Server Status thread as I dont want Magic to get a call. Haven't seen anyone else posting about it so it might just be me.

I have been disconnecting lots as well. But yeah, don't know whether it is my end or the server.

I tried convincing the town lawyer to hold our case pro bono. We find a random hacker that tries to breach our server, and sue him/her/it(?)[you never know, those sneaky hamsters...] for desecrating public space. He said that no jury in the next decade would view a gaming server as public space.

But, when the entire world plays Igiss's mod...then...then, my plan will come into fruition!!! MuWHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!

It wouldn't be descecrating public space but rather theft. Taking away time from Majkp and the money he pays for hosting.

Also, I believe that DoS attacks are an international crime, check out Interpol.

Finally, since the server is not US based US laws don't apply, same for UK, AU...ect.

the server is down on my side as well.
however,i will not complain.
and there is a very simple reason for that realy.
the fact that u cant expect the hoster, to sit on his chair 24/7 waiting for the server to go down.
it just happends every now and than,so i,m sure it will be fixed.
it just needs some time.
no further comment.
