Just as I was about to start my routine patrol I was hailed by a civilian vessel informing me of a mysterious vessel bearing KNF ID in the Honshu System. Upon reaching Yukawa Shipyards, I found a Kusari destroyer by the very unusual name of "Otto-der-wilde", even more confusingly signaling BHG IFF. I tried to establish communications, but it seems not only their IFF, but also their comm systems were critically damaged, as I only received very limited responses. Seeing a damaged ship with completely scrambled name at Yukawa then did not appear to much out of the ordinary, assuming they were staying for repairs. Sadly, this very ship was later involved in the Otemachi incident, which could not be foreseen at this time, so I continued my patrol to the Kyushu System.

After return for a break to New Tokyo, a situation with the Blood Dragons emerged. A warband of 4 destroyers and 1 gunboat appeared in the very orbit of New Tokyo. The moment I launched into space they were shooting at the local Hogosha Base, but quickly proceeded turning towards Shinjuku. I joined [KNF]Kyokotsu and [KNF]Jaaku-na in intercepting them near Shinjuku, but we were clearly outnumbered and had to disengage. After resupply, they had disappeared from New Tokyo space as quickly as they appeared. I can only conclude that Blood Dragon activites nowadays seem slightly confusing.
Returning to patrol duty, I encountered a freelance Freighter carrying military vehicels and moving towards Kyushu. As Tau exports are still under strict control, I had to question him about his destination. After doing so repeatedly, he finally revealed that would actually be heading to Tau 31. Seemingly ignorant of the legal situation, I informed him about the situation, which he acknowledged, but promptly ignored by continuing to Tau 29.
[refer to attachement #2]
Please take note, Freighter "LeXoR" is now a fugitive criminal under 3-1-4 Kusari Legal Codex.
Upon completion of patrol duties I was assigned to aid special forces around [KNF]Hakululu, also including [KNF]Harukiki and possible recruit Momoko.Akatsutsumi. Missions were to intercept several tertiary forces all over Kusari space, ranging from Outcasts in Tau 23 to Rouges in Shikoku. Noteworthy might be the engagement of 10 Gunboats near Shinagawa Station to regain seemingly critical documents out of Blood Dragon hands. Also noteworthy to regular forces might be that the craft of a certain special forces officer was destroyed multiple times during this missions, but then again, special forces seem to not really have to worry about budget much, not to mention the age of their pilots.
Thusly, the day ended. Nakamura out.

[08.06.2013 19:16:21] [KNF]Ni.Teta.Nakamura: Yet, I am curious, how did aquire that name?
[08.06.2013 19:17:37] [KNF]Ni.Teta.Nakamura: Also, your IFF might confuse civilians.

[08.06.2013 21:31:40] [KNF]Ni.Teta,Nakamura: Was there some misunderstanding?
Yesterday Kyushu system turned into battlefield against rebel forces. Their ships made an attempt to breack through to Tau systems. My group was positioned near Tau 23 hole, where they have attacked us.
Unfortunately, our effords weren't enough to stop them. We took serious damage and let the enemy get through. The chase was impossible, so we lost the sight of the enemy. Rebels decided not to finish our broken forces, so there were no casualties. End of report.
Yesterday I embarked on my first patrol as an officer. I began patrolling the Kanto Field, when we received reports of Golden Chrysanthemum activity in the Shikoku system. Myself and two other officers made our way there, and their presence was discovered near the Kepler jump gate. We gave chase, but they managed to escape to Kyushu. After rallying at Planet Kyushu, we received reports from another officer of these same pirates in Hokkaido, and so we gave chase, all the way to Chugoku. Once again, we lost them, due to the cloaking device that was outfitted on their ship.
After returning to Hokkaido, we encountered the pirate battleship for the third time, near Ainu depot, and gave battle. With several destroyers on our side, the outcome was given, but unfortunately my lack of experience caused the destruction of my ship. Thankfully, my pod was recovered and delivered to the medical wards, and I expect to be back in action later this week.
There is nothing else noteworthy to report. I look forward to continuing to serve the Kusari Naval Forces. I know I still have much to learn. I only realised as I lay in the hospital bed that I did not record any of the day's events, for which I humbly apologise. Next time, I will keep my wits about me.

Oi! This is Nito Kaii Jiro Taiyouji.
I've been forced to prepare this report by my two superiors even though it wasn't even my own patrol to begin with... But here goes.
The patrol, Kyushu 22-01 A, consisted of Nito Kaisa Sakurai Gendo and Nito Kaisa Shimizu Tetsuo, was charged with keeping the eastern Kyushu safe. Starting their patrol at 2200, they kept on the lanes towards the proximity of Planet Kyushu.
It was their third circle around the lanes, at about 2330. They were cruising from the New Tokyo way towards Planet Kyushu when they stumbled upon a raiding and pirating party blocking the trade lanes consisting of four outcasts. The markings on the outcasts' ships as well as the signatures of their transmitters made it apparent that these fellows belonged to an outcast group known as Contari Lance.
I was flying my own patrol in New Tokyo by that time, coded NT 22-01 C, as I heard the Kyushu patrol requesting for back up. I was close to the Kyushu Gate by then, so I set my course to their position.
The fighting had just been started when I reached them. Here's what it looked like.
Nito Kaisa Sakurai Gendo took up the lead position and started to call the shots. We first engaged Luke Orsini, and he fell quite easily. Then it was Jax Santiago, who had lost his cool because of our heavy fire and started to drop nukes all over the place, he fell as well.
For the remaining two, we decided to go separate and give them a lesson about our bushido way. Nk. Shimizu Tetsuo disengaged, while Nk. Sakurai Gendo took on Fitta Coltello and I took on Camillia Rose. Both engagements were quick victories for us.
In the end the outcast forces were defeated in full destruction of their ships, without barely scratching of our own. Some units of cardamine were salvaged from their debris, but the scans showed nothing interesting otherwise. We couldn't catch any escape pods, either.
Another thing to note. An Artisan Farmers Alliance pilot appeared as we were fighting, he just mumbled a few words about something for a little while, then he cruised off fast when were closing the shop. I am guessing he offered a helping hand, but we didn't need it.
Then I was on my way back to my patrol as I saw an outcast Tridente on the Kyushu lanes towards New Tokyo. It was either a bit late to help its friends we took down earlier, or it was there on its own to pirate his way in Kusari like usual.
Nk. Sakurai Gendo had disappeared meanwhile, and Nk. Shimizu Tetsuo stood by the gunship until I jumped in my bomber.
The gunship's pilot was luckily a poor one, it was moving and shooting poorly, so I didn't miss a single SNAC shot. It was in flames and pieces soon enough. The scans of the debris showed nothing important once again, and we couldn't capture any escape pods.
The patrols then splitted, K 22-01 A finished their patrols, and NT 22-01 C docked in New Tokyo in hopes of spending the rest of the night off-duty. But no, they made me hand in this report...
Since I am having so much spare time right now, my superior ordered me to actually write about the recent Yokohama incident myself. Very well.
While being on standby a couple of days ago I received a call for reinforcements in the New Tokyo system due to reported presence of Blood Dragon vessels. Since the Dragons brought cruisers, I launched to my first bomber assignment in the Umibozu and eventually rendezvoused with KDS Akisame, Shingen and a Chimaera of the secondary forces. The Blood Dragons had assembled two cruisers at that time and were soon joined by another capital class vessel. As it was a heated engagement, I do not exactly remember the exact course of events, but while being of little help to this, eventually the cruiser Miusho was destroyed, and vessels Sushi and Dracosha were in full flight. As they got too far ahead of KDS Akisames strike group, the chase was broken off.
In the end, due to some disappointment over the outcome, I left the strike group in improper conduct and decided to take an ill fated break at Yokohama Shipyard, close to where we lost the Blood Dragons. Well, for reasons unknown I ended up in a bar, had some sake, talked with the bartender about Kusari and the rest of Sirius, and had even more sake. To not get too sentimental, the actual problem was that I had not experienced drinking as much in such a short amount of time before. So it seemed to have appeared to me perfectly fine to return to New Tokyo in this intoxicated state. Well, instead of flying there I did not even manage to undock at Yokohama and instead flew into a wall, leaving the docking bay in disarray. Luckily, nobody was seriously harmed, though the bay itself and my Umibozu took quite some damage.
So the result was me being suspended for the coming weeks, probably facing a demotion, if lucky, and surely not drinking again while on duty.

[SUBJECT] ILLEGAL CLOAK
---------------
Konnichiwa,
Recently I found a liner with an illegally mounted cloaking device in Hokkaido.
The captain seemed oblivious to the law and my demands. Eventually the situation required the destruction of his ship.
Attached you will find the evidence.
The criminal 'Ozzi' should be added to the criminal database and his access to Kusari restricted.
Our recent patrol brought us to the Tau-29 system after reports of Kusari Naval Forces Rebel activity in the vicinity of the local Freeport. I joined Commander Tetsuo Shimizu san on this assignment, and after patrolling the system for a while, Shimizu san spotted the rebel identified as Junko Sanada near the Tau-23 jump hole. To our surprise, she was surrounded by flotsam including a considerable number of slaves. As our primary obligation was to save the poor slaves, the Commander left to call for a transport. Incidentally Sanada did the same and soon the civilian transport [IND]Bulls'N'Bears appeared. After it had recovered the remaining three thousand slaves, I escorted him to make sure the slaves would be released on the nearby Freeport. As Shimizu san had not returned by then, we lost track of Sanada there, for now.
After this we were joined by Sub-Lieutenant Jiro Taiyouji san and continued our search for the despicable Rebels. At this time Commander Shimizu san was on his own in Tau-23, and we received word from him that he spotted the Rebel identified as Hideaki Ishikawa, chasing him further into Tau-37. So we proceeded to meet up with him in Tau-37, but came across two pirate ships calling themselves some kind of Ghosts. It was then for Shimizu san to give Taiyouji san and me orders to chase the pirates instead of rendezvous with him in Tau-37, because he supposedly already got support from the inferior Royal Navy at his location. The pirates on the other hand were only light fighters, so chasing them with the Chimaera was impossible, and they run.
At this point, communication with Commander Shimizu san was lost, and we headed to Tau-37 to look for him. Surprisingly, we met Sanada there again, near the local freepoint. She claimed to be looking for the escape pod of her fellow rebel Ishikawa, who was chased by Shimizu san earlier, so we in turn tried to chase down Sanada for her to tell us the possible whereabouts of our Commander. The chase went as far as close to the Planet Aso in the Kyushu System, where Sanada, her Chimaera almost breaking apart, still refused to give us any further information. While still hoping for any sanity to remain with her, so that she could eventually cooperate, we refrained from destroying her ship, and so she was able to slip away eventually.
On the last part of our patrol, returning to New Tokyo, we came across an Armored Transport of the Bretonia Police named Starflier800. The moment Taiyouji san asked him what he might be doing in Kusari Space, he tried to run, and we had to incapacitate the Spy.
Concluding, I recommend and would gladly volunteer for a search party for Commander Shimizu san in the Tau-37 system.
Admiral Nagata, thanks to the Kempeitai cell you sent to support us, we succeeded to reach the Liberty outpost in the Omicrons.
Our marines swiftly subdued any resistance in the station. Obviously, the Libertonians weren't prepared to face a boarding.
While our escort were keeping busy Liberty Naval Forces, the Itsumaden cruised to the base and quickly moored to the base.
The boarding forces managed to capture a few scientists, and to gather some data. It is waiting on Battleship Matsumoto for our analysts to check it.
Sadly, Liberty forces succeeded to destroy a significant amount of the data storage units present inside the base.
This done, Itsumaden has moved to Honshu system, where a few repairs can be done on its hull in Yukawa Shipyard.

I followed my wing in a patrol over New Tokyo system. We soon met a Farmer Alliance vessel that, after having engaged an Order gunboat, attempted to escape towards Shikoku gate.
As i eventually stopped him, i was tasked to put the farmer out of harm's way. A duel followed, where the Farmer's bomber was struggling to match the Wyrm i was flying. In the end, i convinced the criminal to eject and am currently moving to Fuchu prison, where he will be waiting for a fair trial.

Here is the report, concerning my sudden disappearence. As I see now, five days ago my signal was lost in Tau 37 system. I have been chasing a rogue pilot, Hideaki Ishikawa. In Tau 37 I have been joined by a gallic pilot, however Ishikawa-san with luck managed to disable my control system. I had to eject before my ship exploded. Gallian continued fighting, however he did not picked my pod. I don't know the outcome of that fight, as I lost their sight. Considering that Tau 37 is a very unstable region, I deactivated emergency beacon to avoid detection by hostile forces. However it seems like communicator on the pod was broken, and I did not got any signals of any friendly forces. Not sure how much time passed, but I started to loose air. Before loosing consciousness I activated that beacon.
I woke up in a small room on Freeport 10. Some freelancer picked me up in space and delivered there. Right now, I can say that I spent a little bit more then two days unconscious. After a while of resting, I was finaly able to sent a message to KNF, have been picked up by Nito Kaii Nakamura-san and safelly delivered back to New Tokyo. That's all.

It is necessary to report, that during my supply mission on Hiuchi, I have been contacted by a person, who decided to stay unknown. He revealed the position of an illegal station. Here are logs of our short conversation:
Quote:[09.08.2013 08:45:43] *****: Want to know of an illegal base in Honshu? [09.08.2013 08:45:57] [KNF]KDS-Hiuchi: Excuse me?
[09.08.2013 08:46:22] *****: New Hope station, sector 2D, roughly 40k above the plane.
[09.08.2013 08:46:32] *****: Same owners as Fort-of-Sirius. [09.08.2013 08:46:52] [KNF]KDS-Hiuchi: Hmn... I will check it. Arigatou for your information.
[09.08.2013 08:46:55] *****: Of course, you didn't hear it from me, honorable Kusarian-san! [09.08.2013 08:47:04] [KNF]KDS-Hiuchi: Hai, I understand.
I did not get into details of how does he know about that station and went to check the stated coordinates, taking all necessary methods of precaution. Indeed, there was that station. The scanning so far given only following data:
Quote:Base name: New-Hope Base core: First Shield status: Active Docking rights: Restricted Attitude: Neutral Base position:2D sector, 40k above the plane
