Just want to clear up something for myself. What are you? You seem like parody or copy of the Reavers, though if you are, that doesn't mean you have everything they do. Cougar is not a mercenary bomber, and should not be used as one, unless it have RP backing. I may have missed something, if yes, gimme a link. If no, then answer first question, what are you? If you're another trollish faction, no more questions.
Fairly sure I remember you lot asking on Skype if you'd need to ask GRN to use Cougars, and I suggested that option after doing some actual work for EFL or you can just say "lol I stole it". Seems to be the latter, although I guess it could be coated with "I made friends with a GRN and when he retired he left me his Cougar".
When did you last saw any Flares using cougar ? Few of them used when the faction was formed but then i told not to use it.
None probaly use it any more.
