Officers, the Alliance will be commissioning a new flagship soon. Therefore, I must request from you to increase the strictness level of the Penal Code application. I will also be examining our recent financial records, but my counsellor insists on that his estimations have already revealed the apparent need of more trading facilities in order to generate extra income. Henceforth, the Alliance will be looking forward to establish new relationships with shipment companies as well as common goods dealers those who ensure to provide the best interest rates.

Reporting aboard Arizona
Paperwork have been keeping me busy lately, and this time it caused a delay of the report. Thanks to the upgraded protocols, our capability of detecting any kind of security breach within Zone-21 have been immensely expanded. Latest example consisted of two desperate Junkers in pirate warships trying to break through New York for unknown intentions of their own. Captain Daniel Carpenter aboard Goliath assisted me as we disabled the first pirate cruiser after a pair of volleys in quick succession. The other one however, gave a solid chase into the badlands but was intercepted by several cruise distruption shots and disabled soon after.
In addition to those, Arizona managed to detect a pirate bomber around West Point and quickly forced it to succumb to its own end with an efficient exhibition of our advanced projectile systems. The pilot pod was ordered to be delivered to Missouri for further investigation as reports already indicate that the pirate admitted to be working for Lane Hackers. Arizona also managed to tear down the hull of an Avenger hacked by a known fugitive namely Tristan Douglas who tried a one on one with a Liberty cruiser in his fighter after attempting to mock an officer in front of Manhattan. The interesting exhibition didn't last too long though and I assume his pod was captured by the LPI, who could provide him a good time not only with donuts but some cross questioning.
Another issue, I must firmly note is that we will not be giving clearance for Zoner warships to operate within Liberty and more disasterously use Zone-21 as their primary route of admission from now on. Same goes for Junkers piloting warships and gunboats. Therefore, we should keep an eye on the situation accordingly.
I must also congratulate Chris Miller and Jake Benson as they have been promoted to the Lieutenant rank, due to the willingness they have shown so far.

Reporting aboard the LNS Longshot
This evening several people in the New York system began experiencing nausea and hallucinating conversations in their minds. After ten minutes or so it became apparent that there was a Nomad presence hiding in the Badlands. Translations proved to be ineffective in getting much more than scraps about "light" and "dark", but it seems they refer to themselves as "?".
Long range sensors picked up one of the vessels, and the Longshot followed it several klicks before its companion join it. They slowed to impulse, I tried to make contact unsuccessfully. As a result I called Ensign Creed Neville in for backup, which caused the Nomad ships to open fire on us. A protracted battle ensued where my gunship proved somewhat ineffective in prolonged supressing fire due to a faulty nav computer. One Nomad ship was shot down by Ensign Neville, and the other one escaped into Alaska despite repeated CDs.
It would seem Nomad incursions into Liberty space are becoming more common, and I'd recommend increasing patrols around Zone 21 and the Badlands perimeter.

You all probably know my cousin, John Karva, who was lost last week in an ion storm in the Connecticut system. His funeral was very nice, but I'm afraid I don't think he's dead. This puts me in the minority in my family unit.
I've been all throughout Sirius, and would like to offer my services and skills in return for taking my cousin's place in the Southern Alliance. In addition, I have my personal Planetform ship "The Memory," a Liberty Mammoth freighter. My time off would be used to fund my SA fighter and the SA at large. I know my credentials may not be as clean as my cousin's, but I would still like to honor my cousin's name and serve in organization he worked for.
Thank you for your time and patience in this matter.

"The thirteen saloons that had lined the one street of Seney had not left a trace. The foundations of the Mansion House hotel stuck up above the ground. The stone was chipped and split by the fire. It was all that was left of the town of Seney. Even the surface had been burned off the ground.
Nick looked at the burned-over stretch of hillside, where he had expected to find the scattered houses of the town and then walked down the railroad track to the bridge over the river. The river was there."

This is troubling news son,
Hence forth all Naval officers and pilots alike are to be extremely cautions while in both the badlands and Zone-21. If you do encounter a Nomad presence DO NOT engage it on your own, should you be armed with anything less than a Gunboat.
Be wary, be strong.
Woolsey out.
Re Rose O'Leary:
I will take this matter under consideration, should you wish to join our ranks please make a formal application along with an attached document of your history and motives.

Command, this is Ensign Neville its glad to be back. We've had an incident inside the Manhattan area. Pilot Cray.Shelton reporting to be a LSF officer fired on a group of lawfuls, and also smuggled artifacts into Manhattan after ordering to drop his cargo countless times. I recommend he pay the fine of 4 million or be destroyed. His actions cannot be ignored. He wears the uniform of a LSF.
Earlier we engaged nomads entering the system from Alaska. One was destroyed but the other escaped back through the jumpgate. I've never encountered anything like that before in my service, they were highly skilled. There might be another force returning in pairs we will keep an eye out. This is CSM reporting out.

Day february 24th, 816 A.s.
Late battle report.
After receiving intel from an authorized individual inside Zone 21 that he picked up Phantoms on his long range scanners, I have quickly deployed the LNS-Relentless and headed for zone 21 to intercept them.
I've picked up Jake Benson and two LPI officers, namely Sean Toronto and Karl Agathon, along with the cruiser designated Gafwmn and arrived at zone 21. About at the same time as we deployed, we've noticed a Phantom bomber jumping into New York, we opened fire but he was followed by a Phantom cruiser.
After a very short and brutal battle the Relentless's cannons proved to be more than a match for the Phantom cruiser's shields and we united it with the blackness of space around it. The bomber attempted several more attacks on the Relentless but he failed and was quickly driven away by the fire from our fighters.
A problem later appeared as I've ordered several escape pods from the Phantom cruiser be tractored in, they in fact contained Phantom marines, no less than 60 of them, and my crew members engaged them in combat, but unfortunately more than half of them took our escape pods, and launched for Manhattan, as the ship was heading back for orbit.
With this report I would also ask for permission to start organizing a search and destroy operation for these Phantoms as this was mainly..my fault. If the high command would give me the authority to lead this operation, I swear I would not fail them.

I can confirm Creed's accusation against Cray.Shelton. As I launched from Newark Station, I saw that Cray was firing his guns at full power upon the Bounty Hunter ship Lapsed Pacifist. Once I moved to better gain an understanding of the situation, he fired upon my transport vessel, the Freedom's Dream. My shields were severely reduced in power, but held. I fired in return, damaging his ship, but not to the point of any lasting repercussions. Creed can back me up on this. After Creed stepped in and ordered all concerned to cease fire, I complied. I scanned the hold of Cray's ship, and found several artifacts therein. I alerted Creed, who then escorted Cray from the area. I agree that he should be fined, and failing that, destroyed. An LSF agent smuggling and attacking our own vessels cannot be tolerated.

Today as I've commenced my shift, I took off from West Point and joined with lieutenant Jake Benson, lieutenant commander Diehardt. ensign Creed Neville and an LPI officer, namely Colin Sinclair. Commander Diehardt quickly took charge and ordered us on patrol on which we've encountered an outcast ship, namely Montezuma.
The commander ordered us to pursue him and he quickly joined in, the chase went on a for a few systems before we finally caught up with the outcast mainly because ensign Neville, managed to intercept him from another system. The outcast was quickly dispatched and we headed back for New York.
Upon our return we've encountered a Xeno terrorist, callsign Wednesday in Manhattan orbit. Lt. Benson, myself, commander Diehardt and ensign Creed engaged him, together with the LPI officer. The fight lasted quite long and was tiresome, but we managed to get the upper hand, due to some fantastic maneuvering by our pilots. The Xeno was dispatched and we once again headed back to Manhattan for a well earned break.
As we came back we noticed that a Junker named Tinkerbell was around Manhattan, and knowing that I've seen her smuggle artifacts before which she managed to sell, we decided to intercept her and fine her. Tinkerbell, upon undocking from a certain base took flight, and that ended up in a prolonged chase across New York. We caught up with the smuggler near West Point and engaged. Unfortunately due to heavy weapons fire from her gunboat I've lost my ship and that is why I'm sitting here, writing this report, as I wait for my new vessel to be commissioned. The Junker was destroyed through the combined efforts from the rest of our pilots and the LPI officer.
I would like to take this opportunity to commend everyone involved in these actions today on their courage and devotion. I must say I'm proud to see the Navy do their job this well and make Liberty a safer place to live in.
