If there is anything that Council high command may know on this topic, it surely will be in knowledge of either Colonel Giroux or LaFlamme. First is commander in chief of Gallia front while second deals with exiled Council personnel in Sirius.
For now we have insufficient information to begin any specific investigation... Gallia has as many capital assets as Liberty does. We do not even know whether artifact is of Nomad, Daam K'Vosh origin or perhaps it comes from unknown source within Gallia itself. For now we have ruled out that the last one has anthing to do with alien menace we fight against.
