It should be remarkably easy...I'll draft a basic structure for you.

Returns to disco->Prepares a faction with a purpose to annoy people->Disguises said faction as some sort of an experiment->Gets away with it for sometime->People catch on->Continues playing the "I'm doing this innocently" card until it fails..->Is faced with consequences-> Makes a dramatic exit with a vague apology->back to step one.

And it works everytime. Huh.
