Lets say that the admins might move the ships at the request of the owners, maybe even a PoB but its more work...
Really, this:

will solve all the cases related to ship moving. As for POB's, there's not THAT many of them. And even less in those unused systems that will get deleted.
So moving them to different location wouldn't be that much of a burden.

as for deleting systems... there is easy way to fix everything at once:
1. Remove jumpoholes and blind jump ability to system that is going to be deleted
2. Put one jumphole in blocked system that works only in one direction, only out of system, like we have now jumphole in Uknown system ( that one with Shrine) that leads to Pennsylvania with no way back using that hole.
All are good ideas i fined rational and possible to do...
I wonder why the Devs don't just do it?!

Why not just make the unused systems into a giant instakill-radiation zone? Blind Jumping should be a risky venture anyway.
Well, it takes time, you see. And we cannot just press a "Delete" button and have instant changes. At the very least, some systems will be deleted/changed in 4.87. And after that, we can always include changes in the content updates. But thanks for your ideas, everyone.
