With regards to the affair concerning your asset fostered in Roland, we have found minor discrepancies between your reports and our own routine investigations. It is an honour to receive praise from you. Taking down Katsumi was quite a challenge. But let's not sugarcoat our transmissions.

I am aware that I'm about to be (falsely) accused of treason based on fake evidence planted by the LSF double agent within our ranks known as Roland Avery Wall. I swear to you, I will find him and bring him back to Rheinland in order to prove my innocence.

For the moment you will not find me at my permanent address at New Berlin nor will you find my family in Rheinland either. I realise these are the signs of a man who has committed treason, but I am doing this to maintain my family's and my own security. I'm trying to buy time so that I can find Agt. Indeed, your actions appear quite suspicious, and will most likely not aid in the current investigation into your actions.

Given the nature of our work, things are rarely as they seem on the surface. In the case that you are innocent, I must tell you that things would be easier for everyone involved should you turn yourself in. Both you and I know the ability of Internal Investigations to get to the bottom of things.

Unfortunately, both of us already know that you won't turn yourself in, guilty or not. Indeed, all personnel recruited for BDM duty are the type to react in the way you are currently, given the circumstances - and for good reason.

As per standard protocol, you have been marked as a fugitive in the eyes of the Rheinwehr. Your agent status is suspended pending review, and all of your civilian records and passports have been revoked.

Given your line of work, I'm fully confident that you will manage in this circumstance. Should you be able to get to the bottom of your situation and prove your innocence, this channel will be open. Provided that you have not caused too much irreparable damage, your job will be waiting for you.

Of course, in the event that you are guilty, there will be no crevasse small enough in which you can hide from the ever searching eyes of the Rhein.
