Nope, that's wrong. Bretonia's space would refer to the space belonging to Bretonia. The apostrophe s can be used in two ways, depending on the context. When used with a proper noun, it mean belonging to, or possessive, when used with a pronoun it generally is a contraction meaning is.

It's = It is
Gerald's = belonging to Gerald
