Bonsoir, monsieurs and madames from the most prestigious and illustrious conglomeration in the entirety of Gallia. Bonsoir, Corsicans!
Allow me to introduce myself: My name is Robert d'Autoine and I happen to be the Head Councilor of a certain zoner organization nefariously known as the Commonwealth, the same zoner organization which, at this most benevolent moment, inhabits the Freeport 10.
Now, I am more than certain that you have been informed by a certain, special member of your finespun organization about my possible motives for contacting you at this apparently, by... Ile-de-France's timezones, abhorrently late hour of day when most people pursuing a personal and social life would sleep, but not moi, monsieurs!
Anyway, as I may have obliviously exuded forth from the tight clutches of my lips already, I am currently contacting you for a business proposition but before I will get to any details, I would like to acknowledge the dainty corsican interest for the mere words I have to say.
That being said, I shall be patiently await for your reply. Au revoir!
Bonjour, my name is Lucas Recard of the Unione Corse. I apologize for the time it has taken for the message to be slid across our desk, the work we have undergone as of late, and the ion storms in the area sure did not help in that regard.
I am pleased to say that we of the Unione Corse are always open for business opportunities. By all means, please state what you believe to be.. well.. beneficial would be the word I am looking for.
We will provide our esteemed services gratefully if it seems fit to work with. I look forward to seeing what you have in store. I will keep this line open.
Bonjour again, most amiable members of the corsican organisation.
I am delighted to hear of your eagerness in fueling the interests of the Commonwealth. Such eagerness is no doubt deeply appreciated by our humble fraternity.
Anyway, permit me the liberty of presenting you the materials we may need:
The Commonwealth currently finds itself in need of 5001 units of Nox. Oui, exactly 5001 units of Nox. Moreover, we also require the following:
Everything in the standardized Sirian measurement system.
To guarantee our seriousness and honesty which we want to apprehend this possible proposition with, I would remind you that the price for the services you provide is irrelevant as long as our policies are guaranteed: Secrecy and punctuality. But I guess those are policies that any businessman worthy of a caliber such as you, esteemed and prestigious corsicans, and moi, adhere to.
I will await for your reply now, monsieur. I sure hope we will reach a "mutually" convenient and beneficial proposition.
Ah, Bonjour once more. I am afraid there are a few things I would like to clear up before, this matter is rather.. Sudden, if you understand. Our services are of the highest quality, oui, but your reasoning is unknown still.
Perhaps you can tell us a little about what you plan to do with this 'commodity'. Business as you probably know yourself, I would hope.
As for the other commodities on the list, we do not have much of a problem, we can include that with an order, but negotiations must be completed. comprendre? I'll be looking forward to your transmission in the future, let us arrange something, oui?

Monsieur,
I must confess that I believed that the uses we choose to reserve to the shipment would be of little significance to your finespun organization, monsieur, as long as the business proposition is successful and you are rewarded with the promised rewards. I would kindly ask you to excuses-moi for the heinous affront I committed, and I shall promise that... such a mistake won't be caused in... the future.
In order to assure you the honest motives and objectives that my humble and modest organization possesses, I shall confess you personally, monsieur, that the shipment will be used to serve goals that will be of mutual benefit. However, a very, petite fraction of the shipment will serve more... personal and intimate purposes, if you know what I mean. I would prefer however, not to public the name of the gallant individual who decided to follow the delectable river of self nourishment, embroidered with floods of royal purple: Nox.
Hopefully, the explication I provided will serve as a satisfying justification, monsieur.
As for the rest of the contract, I would like to hear what monetary reward would the esteemed corsicans wish to indulge themselves with afterwards.
I am aware of the fact that, in order to guarantee a punctual, safe transaction, there are certain variables that need to be taken into calculation, variables that need to be avoided. Yet, I have lived out of Gallia for a significant time and these... variables may had been subject to change, and that is why, I inquire your perceptions worthy of the most persuasive entrepreneurs.
In hope of fruitful negotiations, I will patiently await your reply, monsieur. Au revoir

I thank you for being frank with us, that usually helps the process of things speed right along. From observations, your claims are true, from what we have heard and seen of the Commonwealth organization at least.
I can take a good guess of what you at least 'claim' for the purposes of the shipments, and it will be discussed with the Unione Corse about what will be done about it.
With the second part of the order, we have prepared a deal for the lot of them.
As for the main shipment, we have come to a conclusion of a price of '30.000.000' Sirian Credits for the main batch. The fee may be seen as high, but business with this specific.. commodity is difficult. This is under the assumptions that you will.. Make do on your promises, oui? It would be wise to do so, but seeing your public actions, I am not too worried about this being a problem. After all, business is business.
Thoughts, and then we can speak about getting you these.. 'exotic' commodities that your Commonwealth desires.
Bonne affaires à venir is all that comes to mind. I await your response.

Bonjour, esteemed monsieur,
I am afraid that I find myself in the deplorable position of requesting your pardon considering the lack of haste I exuded in my punctuality.
The Commonwealth had to discuss the price you have offered, monsieur, but after careful deliberation, I must announce you that we accept it.
I would like to inquire for a monetary account where you would want the credits distributed to, as well as the type of currency you would wish.
That being said, if there are no more details which require clarification, the Commonwealth will patiently await the certainly punctual delivery of the goods, monsieur.
Au revoir

Excellent, that was what I was hoping to hear. We have setup a secondary account under the ID '[UC]-Recueillir' for a payment transfer to be made.
We have our ships being prepared and loaded, You will have the materials with evidence prepared to you within forty eight hours after payment. Lets make this worth your while, allons-nous?
Perhaps we can even include a bottle of wine*, we would have to see how things are in the storehouses, as soon as we recieve payment, we can begin.
