Some fields don't work, others were nerfed to very low basic yields, uh huh huh...I don't like what I see.
Is it correct that Dublin now has 2 very small gold fields? I understand that they were heavily mined and depleted, but will the depleted fields be replaced with others elsewhere?
Sorry, just read mining is turned off for the moment.
Okay, going to focus on the results of preliminary ALG trade testing.
ALG lost High-Temperature alloy from Wuppertal, Nuclear devices from Helgoland, and mining machinery from Dortmund while gaining nothing new in the process.
Helgoland has been effectively replaced by Neu Augsburg as a scrapping operation (the scrap field isn't actually activated, I'm assuming it will be)
However, is there a reason why nuclear devices were simply moved out of ALG production?
Neu Augsburg produces toxic waste, which makes sense, but nothing else.
All three bases have a similar issue: they import a huge variety of goods, but export almost nothing.
This does not make sense given what they are: industrial facilities, refineries and smelters.
It is particularly noticeable with Wuppertal.
It offers high or even top prices for everything from Basic Alloy and Bio-neural processors, to Yttrium and Zinc and yet it only produces MazMat canisters.
With such a variety of imports, you'd expect it to produce a greater variety of goods as well, specifically alloys and various industrial goods.
Another thing that seems strange is scrap metal: ALG collect scrap, but apparently don't process it: why is scrap metal sold on shipyards rather than a smelter?
Suggestion: Move a scrap metal sell point to Dortmund rather than Oder.
So after years and years of Erie buying Furs to keep warm from the harsh elements, they're no longer doing so. Other Planets in Liberty appear to pay premiums, but not Erie. This kinda nerfs a possible Zoner(and other) trade route from Nagano to Erie and back(Neon) that was previously present.
Also, Nago in Tau-29 no longer sells Hydrocarbons. As its purpose was for collecting Hydrocarbons for Kishiro it seems odd that it no longer sells them.
Not sure if this counts as a "trade" bug, but it appears that all captured Rheinland Gunboat/Cruiser/Battleship pilots have only one above standard sale point in Liberty, and that's at Fort Severn in Ontario. Taking a look at Freelancer Companion shows multiple sale points in Liberty for the Gallic equivalent, and of course for Liberty ones there's both lawful and non-lawful sale points. It seems like an oversight to have to fly all the way across Liberty to unload captured ranking officers for a decent reward.
Aet: Check. Added buy points (lower then the ones at Severn) to various battleships near the Rheinland border.
Why can you buy Black Market Arms at Detroit? Ageira's a legitimate company. Why would they sell contraband? As soon as you jump to Manhattan, you're going to get blown up... I tried to warn a powertrader who though he was hauling light arms, who then proceeded to get blown up by an NPC Lib Cruiser... He then asked why I stopped him (I was running my LN indie) - I thought he was a legitimate smuggler... Can we remove this so lolwuts don't get put off?
]Aet: Yea, that is odd... you'd figure those for sale at Rochester, a smuggler haven. Changing.

Ageira Gate lane parts from Colorado cost 5k and those can be sold on oega 11 for 20 k . No big deal, BUT those things occupy 1 space !!! instead of 2 or 3 .... Dont to mention in alberta 1and half sztem away zou can sell for 9k and make 4k profit per unit
Aet: That looks like a bug to me. Setting all these to volume size 5 (requires 5 cargo per unit).

Aet: Offer some suggestions for what they should be selling then? Manifolds, maybe, will need to see if that fits with the economy. As for scrap: Shipyards produce it as a byproduct of ship production. -Smelters- buy it for reprocessing. Scrap metal is basically industrial and construction waste.
No changes made. Further input needed.
