How long before rollback?

Can anyone give an estimate of how long we have to wait for the rollback?

I suppose it can be based on how long we had to wait the last time there was one.

I've only been playing for two weeks so I have no idea how long the beta release lasts for...

Is the rollback going to be an all-around rollback? I mean will bases be rolled back too or just the ships? Because I still must not let my base die if only ships are rolled back.

Agreed. Bases are at about 25 mil per day in BA right now. Which I understand balancing them so people can't run solo bases. But the fact that it is cheap in Liberty still (299 @ penn) makes it not fair to those who did not build in Liberty. I've also heard that bases might eat different materials now, but have yet to see a list of what.
