MESSAGE TO: Rheinland Federal Polizei COMM ID: Cryer Pharmaceuticals and Medical Technologies SENDER: Director Nigel K. Clarke SUBJECT:Trade Relations and Security
Good afternoon, gentlemen
With the constant and unfortunate conflict still consuming the borderworlds between Liberty and Rheinland and the rise of criminal activity in Hamburg and Stuttgart, I feel it is about time to personally contact the RFP about the situation and reaffirm the position of our company in these times of strife.
Cryer has maintained a long standing policy of not taking sides in conflicts between the houses. Despite our roots in Liberty, we in no way hold our customers and dependents in Rheinland in a lesser standing than those in any other house. However the war tensions are hard to ignore. Therefore I would like to ask for formal authorization from Rheinland border patrols to continue medical and humanitarian supply shipments into Rheinland with ships broadcasting Cryer and [CPMT] IFF tags. This does come with the implication however that several of these transports will not be CTE manufactured, but instead Liberty constructed. Cryer maintains a transport fleet consisting of several Bison and Mastodons which are Libertonian in origin. We can of course keep weapons powered down unless the ships are in immediate danger if that is preferable to you, but we are not in a position to commission new ships solely for operating in Rheinland. Due to the origin if these craft it may be advisable to keep a representative of the Rheinland authorities with them whenever it is convenient. I will encourage our ship captains to work closely with the Polizei and Military to ensure that there is no mistrust or danger to the sensitive shipments (such as anti-radiation medication heading into Munich).
Additionally, Cryer is currently authorized to transport our pharmaceuticals and synthetic marijuana shipments through Rheinland. With the state of the war however, we want to push for additional cargo clearance. Currently we hope to obtain authorization to move Stabiline into and through Rheinland, along with our Medical Stasis Bands which will be of great use in Hamburg medical facilities and other triage facilities near the war front. Finally, we want to ask for authorization to transport Hazardous Materials Canisters out of Rheinland. This is not necessarily asking for authorization to transport them to Liberty; Cryer supplies several science labs across Sirius which often deal with hazardous material and as such the canisters are always in demand by various research groups and our own laboratories.
I doubt anything here is out of the question, I look forward to your response and working with your pilots in the future.

SUBJECT: Trade Relations and Security; Request for Additional Information.
Director Clarke,
Your application has been forwarded to the Bundestag Office for Trade and Commerce as the Rheinland Federal Police felt this was more of a diplomatic issue then a regulatory one.
Your application is currently under consideration by delegates of The Junior Bundestag Committee on Trade Relations. They have requested additional information from you to weigh in their decision on this matter.
Does your request for any of the commodity shipping rights you ask for in your previous message include any of the aforementioned's direct export to Liberty space?
Your application is currently on hold, pending a response.
Hochachtungsvoll, Stein Glück
Schreiber der Bundesrepublik Rheinland
MESSAGE TO: Büro des Kanzleramtes COMM ID: Cryer Pharmaceuticals and Medical Technologies SENDER: Director Nigel K. Clarke SUBJECT:Additional Information
Good evening, Mr. Glück
I would like to personally thank you for the timely response to my earlier transmission, Mr. Glück.
In order to better facilitate relations between my company and the Bundesrepublik, I ensure you that any Cryer Pharmaceuticals and Medical Technologies ships that cross the border between Rheinland and Liberty will either:
A. Bring medical supplies into Rheinland across the Liberty border. or B. Exit Rheinland and travel into Liberty space with empty cargo bays.
No supplies will be shipped through Rheinland to Liberty space.
We will ask for (or be renewing) trade clearance for the following commodities in Rheinland space: Pharmaceuticals, Human Organs, Scientific Personnel, Synthetic Marijuana, Stabiline, and Medical Stasis Bands. Cryer also hopes to still acquire the transportation rights for shipping HazMat Canisters, which will be moved out of Rheinland space either through the Sigmas or the Omegas.
