From the screens that i have received i deduced that he attacked a pirate ID player and he clearly stated that it has a price on it's head. Razor could have been smoother then that i am sure and he could have said more then engaging pirate, but this sanction is dodgy to say the least.
He will not be sanctioned for his actions by the BHG, after all he was doing what we are supposed to do: hunt for bounties.
