HI guys,i would like some answers to my questions.
I saw many times LNS raiding Hamburg, even New Berlin, and fighting the Military.
What is the status between them and the war?
Also, can military indies raid in the liberty's ?

Since Gallia VS Everyone war is too boring some guys decided to begin the open conflict again
Good old times are coming back !
Liberty and Rheinland frequently attack each other in Hamburg, Texas, and New Hampshire. Currently in the war, Rheinland is mostly on the defensive, they have destroyed jump gates to stop Liberty's advance, but now that Liberty is aiding Bretonia against Gallia they have pulled forces out of the Rheinland front which allowed RM to advance through New Hampshire and get a foothold there.
They are also fighting over the research station components in that area.
And the forces can go and attack the other side whenever they feel like it really, just remember the ZoI stuff on the ID. Capital systems are generally off limits, and the other military is getting in bad territory if they attack people outside of their ZoI

While that is true, it also allowed Liberty to stop their offensive (which wasn't really with the intent to conquer anyway). The war has cooled down inRP, but there isn't anything stopping players from continuing it either in Bremen, Texas, Hamburg or New Hampshire (both IDs have ZoI in all four systems, can only defend themselves in further raids).
What I find to be amusing, is that the in game events conflict with some of the current 'inRP' lore.
Rhienland losing the war? BS. Literally, they were Krieging Lib 5am with those all the time, a lot of victories were earned, thanks to the constant RNC spam.
Oh, and how the pirates would always team up with RNC against LNS for the ultimate gank.
So, because of player skill/numbers fighting lore should be determined?
Since by this rule I should now be the one of rulers of Coronado and Tau-23 after killing a few times pretty much everyone in there with a couple of guys.
The latter of what you said might be a different vase, however I believe even that should have a bigger impact on the server
Yes, it should Imo.
The outcome of real life wars is affected by the battles themselves.
It's hardly an RP server that players can interact and immerse themselves in if their own actions have little to no impact on the final score of the lore.
Except it shouldn't, because a faction's in-game playerbase - and the PvP skill of said playerbase - is in no way indicative of the faction's roleplay size or strength.
And that's how it should stay, honestly. The only type of in-game stuff that should have overarching effects on things like big wars and such should be properly orchestrated events, where participation is restricted to prevent the LOLNS/RNC fleet or similar indies rampaging in and affecting canon for the sake of blues.
