you and blunt stick to one side... BHG/ lawfull weapons. and BHG ships..
or you can use pirate ship and pirate weapons
then you get those two problems:
1. Not pirate ship from one faction and pirate weapons from its main enemies...
2. Lawfulls giving you contracts against pirates that are allies of those your ship is from..... the ones that sold you the ship should simply stop giving you spare parts... and you should switch ship once you get killed..since you can't get a new one right?

It's also about balance... let's say the BD bomber has extra turret slot... well that's nice.. but there are no really good RP turrets that fit on it...since as BD/Kusari you have to stick with 600m/s guns... and there is no proper 600m/s turret.. only Tizona one... but that one is ooRP to use... unless you are Hogosha... which will never fight corsairs and never fight KNF.
Or let's say wrath... has only 5 slots.. so with RH guns it's weak.. and with codes it's not that easy to use... so let's make a merc and put 5 Krakens on it...=> you get an unbalanced ship
The same could actually be said about Blood Dragon fighter... with Daitos/Disinfectors.. or Codenames it's a good but balanced ship... with 6 Krakens (or even better with 2 Imp. Debils and 4 Krakens (as I recently saw)) it's unbalanced...

Lawful BHG setups are ridiculously scary, actually!
I call this Bretonian mercenary loadout the 'Sheffield Gentleman's Arms, Volume One'
I'm using 1xReaver III 2xBuckshot 2xAdv. Splitter and 1xImp. Debilitator.
This setup is accurate, does a lot of damage to any type of shields, and rips hull apart. With some creativity, any faction's RP weaponry can be made effective. If we perhaps advertise some RP loadouts, we might see less Tizona or Kraken spam...
