Further details will be included in the thread once it's posted.
Well don't you think it would be a good idea to do it before you bring the bases back online?
Me and my mates who build bases i'm concerned about have some jobs and families and it would be nice to be able to make some preparations.
I'm even able to help you with the relocation by the way - please drop me a PM.

That one is actually placed in a "nice" way. It's risky to move past (especially in larger ships which are almost guaranteed to take a hit), but it's far away enough from the gate not to instantly kill anything that jumps through.

Will bases be able to set different sell prices then buy prices now?
I thought I read about that, but can't remember properly.
Please provide a link to where it was said.
[21:22:21] Syrus: I thought I read somewhere that in the new version it will be the way that you can set both buy and sell prices individually...
Yes? No? Am I just mistaken?
Did I dream that?
I'll keep looking for it, probably now that I post this I find it in 10 seconds oo
Target for that is update 6. Maybe sooner.
That's actually really cool. Automated trading stations and all that.

I second this - it also means that POBs can actually turn a profit more directly - buying and selling the ore for 2 prices. Previously you had to allow anyone to dock and buy the docking modules or whatever now it is easier as ore is faster to get.
Anyone actually have a list of what the new materials required are?
We've already got people worrying that maintaining Melbourne is going to be a nightmare after they looked at current BA prices, obviously forgetting the supplies were being changed. But other than BA being replace with Reinforced Alloy I couldn't find anything regarding Robotics and Ship Hull Pannels replacements.
Also, is it only the Repair Comodities being changed?

repair commodities have all been changed its reinforced alloys replace basic alloys, hull segments replace ship hull panels and I do believe robotic hardware replaces robotic components for base repairs,
The commodities for base module construction and ship component have also been changed, one example the base uses high performance alloy instead of super alloy , and I think plasfoam conduits instead of polymers, the list goes on but I cant remember each and every name of each base commodity right now lol
