Greetings gentleman, I'm stuck with a little project to which I cant really specify at this moment, but its in great importance for me. I contact you since your orginization has the right minds to produce a somewhat useable technologies, specficly engine systems. You see Id like to hire your engineers for that very same job, I think I need an engine, im not sure yet, im currently investigating this.. "thing" - but should the need arises, I'd like to atleast have one of your officers at Livadia. Do you think you can send someone down here?
My name is Jack Henderson and I make things happen.
I have to ask for more specific details, though, before I order engineers around. Please make sure to explain what you are doing and why you can't just move to an IMG Shipyard like Aland in Omega 3 to pick up one on the open market.
You, however, got me interested in what you are doing there. So, let me know, and I may give you a price tag and an engineer to cater to your little project.
Thank you for this quick response, Well I couldn't tell you even if I knew, it looks like a normal cruiser-grade vessel, I mean I almost got killed because of it, and I'm not exactly sure which engine is the right one. I can't simply tow the ship because its too big, and I'm not a big fan of science ; I would probably pick the wrong engine, oh ' and then theres the issue of re-assembling it, which again is out of my.. "expertise".
I can assure you however, that it is nothing that you couldn't handle,, and its a good excuse to come down here and have a few drinks.
I assume that you are aware that your request to send IMG technicians to some unknown place to fix something unknown doesn't really make the decision to agree to this mission easier. It furthermore doesn't lower the price tag I am putting on this mission.
I have a few technicians here and they need an idea what they are working on to get the right tools. If you cannot disclose anything, I have to send a security team and an engineer crew equipped with pretty much everything. I do not know whether you can afford that, Sir.
If you want to lower the price of 150 million credits for a 4 day operation of 3 engineers, shipment of necessary equipment and a security team at a location and time of your choice, you have to give me something to work with, namely: Information.
If you want my Guildsmen to work in the dark, you have to pay for their night vision. Or: you switch on the light.
i will attach an image taken by one of my satelites, since I'm inside the ship I have yet to find a good exit, though im not alone ; two of my officers found me. Its still a mystery even for my staff, but it is a warship, presumably the shape that I have requested, but its technology is not familiar with me. You see the person who built this thing for me.. went "nuts" so I had to.. she's not a problem anymore put it this way.
My technicians told me that they have ever seen a ship like that before, but the picture of course doesn't offer too many details. However, Chief Engineer Max Maddock agreed to take the job, and if I may quote him: "This looks like an interesting challenge. Let's see what we've got there".
The technicians' shuttle and escort plus security detail will start collecting the tolls and materials and launch as soon as the IMG Bank has received the payment of 100.000.000 Sirius Credits.
So I hope that whatever it is that you people send here will fit, mind you I also like to have a scientist coming with you, as I need to understand exactly how to operate this vessel. Also, If you need a quick jump, to save the trip - decrypt the following code ( using the standrad IMG Enigma ) to safely and instantly get here without actually moving at all.
The IMG Bank confirms the transaction. Thank you for keeping things at top speed. It shows your determination, Sir. I have already assigned two Research & Development Professors and an IMG Scientific Advisor to join the team.
It will take the team 12 hours to assemble their gear.
Give me a place to rendezvous with them and I can make sure that the team is with you in 24 hours.
Ah yes, They arrived two nights ago, or two days(?) And by the looks of it, it goes pretty good, though much of what the staff does is beyond me, however, thank's to one of your officers im now able to control the electricity onboard and almost all systems are functioning.
I don't know how I'm actually going to arm it but I could atleast use an engine first. Anyhoos, tell them to speed up for an extra bonus on their salary, additional funds will be wired shortly.
As a side note, I was wondering if I could perhaps visit one of your research facilities, I might not be able to adapt a working weapon system and perhaps I can do too hire your speclists in the future. But as you may have already realized, it requires a large, possibly a shipyard station, do you have any of those at the north? (taus)
I have received preliminary status reports of the engineer team, but I would be lying if I claimed that I understand anything.
About the engine: my scientific advisers tell me that it is likely easier to transport your vessel to our shipyard than to transport the engine to your place. Installing an engine of that size without the proper equipment seems hard. But technical details have to be clarified with the workers on your installation and the scientists.
As for a docking bay: I assume that your little project is meant to remain unknown. So the only real choice is Singapore shipyard, Tau 44. A well-hidden installation that receives hardly any attention. It should be near-perfect for your task. Aland, Omega 3 is another shipyard, but it is too exposed to do anything fishy there.
Anyway, I am putting you into contact with Dr. Shinichiro Kawashima, an expert in Singapore's abilities. He also might have a better understanding of the technical parts.
Contact me when you have made up your mind about the engine part and possible relocation.
