Because we have sometimes precious goods your Roanne Production Facility seems to be in need of we wanted to ask you for approval so we may dock our Barge class vessels on your station. It will not happen that often, but if we will have enough minerals we could arrange a supply if it would be needed.

I have made arrangements for your Barge to be received at Roanne, Your Captain does know that Roanne is surrounded by an Asteroid Field? I wouldn't want any mishaps happening to your shipping on arrival to Gallia via Jump Drive technology.

How big is the crew on a Barge. The reason I ask is so that I can make sure enough quarters are made available for them. If your Barge cannot get to Roanne, because of the Asteroid Field, I will make sure that Vessels are made available to ship your crew and any materials you will require to be offloaded.

As we are also allowing you Docking Rights to our Headquarters I would hope that you will also reciprocate the situation and allow us to visit your fine Headquarters in the near future?

Your concern for the asteroid field is not needed, as we have skilled pilots and if we stay close to the majestic Gallic tradelanes you will find a surrounding lacking these asteroids so we can fly trough. Yet the traffic in front of Roanne is at a high rate so our pilots have to manoeuvre with the utmost attention for the surrounding objects to prevent any damage. Rest assured if there will be some damage we shall report it and pay for the repair costs. The current situation make our Barge vessel be the storage for the Kruger| transports who jump along to unload on Roanne safely.

The crew on the Barge variates from +- 350 to 400 crew on the Hildesheim. But rest assured we have a lot of supplies on the ship itself to survive for at least 2 months.

You confuse me about the headquarters, our knowledge of whole Gallia is not up to date. But to your request to visit our headquarters in the near future would be a nice proposition and we are looking forward to it. If you have a date in mind please inform me over this secure channel.
