It's been a long time since I personally took contact for the last time with any form of Bretonian authorities. I therefore have to thank here my Security co-CEO and former Cdr Peter Dempsey for his known and unknown efforts to establish new and loyal relations between the Galactic Secure Trade company and Bretonia.

As some of the members of BIS (and LSF) might remember, GST used to have problematic relations with legal forces both in Liberty and Bretonia. Some of our freighter and transport, well even heavy transport captains used to smuggle cardamine into Liberty space and even (to my greatest disappointment)... slaves into Outcast territories. Thank to my beloved son Lt. John D. (former member of the LSF), these bad... habits now belong to the past.

Thanks to numerous years of business in Sirius black market, GST pilots however developped high skills in the domain of 'blockade running', as some of Bretonian pilots know from their own experience.

The invasion of Leeds by Gallic Royal forces is not only the occasion for the Galactic Secure Trade to show its 'blockade running' expertise, but a maner to take some part in the Resistance to the Gallic Royal Navy.

We are ready to drop Marines on planet Leeds anytime.
We are ready to provide the Resistance on planet Leeds with Black Market Munitions, Elixirs, Energy Field Equipment, Pharmaceuticals, Military Vehicles and so on anytime.
We are ready to escort other freighters and unload transports under ennemy fire.
We are ready to scout and destroy GRN ships in Leeds and all other parts of Bretonia.
But we are not ready to pay the Bretonian Police Authority for this.

I'm pretty sure the BPA counts enough patriots in its ranks to acknowledge the fact that GST's not here for the profit, but for the glory and the success of Resistance forces.

GST CEO John Burton (3076-...) is a retired Liberty high rank politician and business man.
His functions in Liberty administration are still not clear today.
He left Liberty administration some years ago and founded the well known Galactic Secure Trade Company in Kusari space with WDR funds.
The GST Company was based in Zoner systems for the following years, until tensions with Liberty authorities because of GST breaking the Texas blockade became to dangerous for Zoners.
Then the GST Security Council decided the Company should switch to Smuggler ID and cut all official contacts with former Zoner Allies.

I'm Johnathan Jones, Director of Operations for Aquila Defense Systems. We used to have some small factories on Leeds and New London, but recent events involving Gallia and the Mollys forced us to relocate. We would like to re-open those facilities in the near future, but that's not what this is about.

We're registering for a Military Material License.

We're now working for Natio Octavarium, and have an active interest in ending the Gallic threat. We produce weapons, personal armor, and civilian spacecraft, geared toward freelancers and mercenaries, and we also have a small mining division to help reduce supply costs. Our ships carry the ADS- marker.

Also, we'd like to know if we qualify for legal use of Pilgrim-class liners. According to your laws, anyone considered friendly or an ally can, but Natio Octavarium is completely missing from the list so I'm not sure where you count us, diplomatically.

Admiral Hall does not have the authority to grant slavers, smugglers and even recently problematic individuals to our officers special circumstances. You have been deemed illegible for a Military Materials Licence. In a stroke of fortune for you, there was no transfer to refund.

As I am sure you know, the Fall and its related developments has caused rather a stir in Bretonia and the entire Sirian market. It will still be some time before our licensing lists are fully up-to-date, but I will issue you with a temporary MML until such time as a full six-month one can be granted under the future guidelines.

Although it has not been listed in the Charter, the Natio and its Raiders are considered neutral. For now, your request for the use of repurposed Slave Liners within Bretonia is denied.

Our group would be most interested in acquiring a medical license in order to transport goods associated with this license throughout Bretonia. Admittedly not in the medical field ourselves, an in depth knowledge of medicine is not needed for simply transporting materials. With the current war with Galia we feel that we could greatly aid Bretonia by bringing in supplies where other parties may not be able deliver.

Our group is simply a group of Junkers based out of invergordon with a vested interest in keeping the Gallics out of Bretonia. While our current diplomatic stance with Bretonia is neutral we feel it is in our interests and our obligation to aid Bretonia however we can.

I believe the licence fee was included in the last request, but I suppose we are all facing tough times. Consider the licence granted, although of course it won't be as open a listing of course.

As long as they are suitably sourced and pass through the relevant medical checks (customs on any Bretonian planet, CRS staff or Shetland hospital crew will take care of these) before reaching any recipients, you are now licensed to move Human Organs. This will also cover you to move medical Marijuana to the same mentioned locations above.

I am Gerard Lefevre. I am representing the Parisian Revolutionists, a small group of Council pilots and captains who joined forces to fight against the Crown in a minor side branch of the Council forces.

I am writing to request the following permissions:
1. Military Material Licensing
We would like to obtain this license to transport various war assets. We would like to use these to supply our soldiers and ships with the basic materials necessary for combat operations against the GRN forces.
Fee: 20 million Sirian credits.

2. Medical License
We would supply our hospitals and medical ships with Med-Stasis Bands and human organs to treat our combat casualties. We would also ship a minor amount of Stabiline for experimental purposes.
Fee: 15 million Sirian credits.

3. Tau Trading License
We need this license for our ships to move the materials in the Tau region. If I am correct, all Council affiliated vessels have this permission, so we do not need a separate license. If I am wrong, I shall send the fee separately.
Fee: not required.

Total amount: 35 million Sirian credits.

Our ships carry the PR_ tag both in their IFFs and painted on their hulls. The IFF tag is encrypted. I'd require this encoded tag to be registered for the various licenses.
