No, the 16-second consumption rate applies to construction. The 20-second tick applies to wear and tear damage or general damage repair.

Is it me or the new PoBs built now have some weapons on them?

The older ones to not have these weapons.

Yeah, they have turrets. And they work.


I know all cores have turrets, well, not sure about the core 4 since I haven't looked closely, but I'm pretty sure.

But those turrets are weak, they did not even scratch my (cruiser) shield.

@Deatlev, not all cores have weapons...
Atleast level 4 doesnt have for sure
