Spartan had been watching Cerulean and the new recruits from his booths with an Eagle's Eye. Watching for any hasty movements or signs they might be wired, or part of the "Law". He'd been watching the Ex-LSF Agent more so than the other. He'd always been a suspicious type, not because he doesn't trust the guards, but because he does not trust most people. Something had caught his eye when she first entered, and he hoped his suspicion would soon be proven or not.
As he downed the last of his drink, he stood up, leaving the empty glass on the table, right next to the edge. He took a few steps towards Cerulean and then stopped, beginning to talk to one of the waitresses. He positioned himself so that he could still watch the table, but not be obvious in doing so.
Her mouth twitched a little at the mention of her new name, but understood the sarcasm behind it.
"Very well. I will go to this.. Barrier you mentioned and get myself sorted."
She grabbed Cerulean's glass and cheered, before drinking the contents, which she almost choked on. With a whiff and a cough, Kacey muttered as she left.
Emily smiled, her eyes losing focus as if she was coming to terms with what she would be known by.
Finishing her drink she rose from her seat, smiling at Kacey.
"Thank you" Emily stated, straightening her outfit.
"It's been a pleasure..."
Emily nodded a farewell to Kacey, and then to Cerulean.
She turned her back and began walking towards the exit.
It appeared that Cerulean was now finishing up with the recruits as they got up to leave the bar, his focus was then completely on the former Agent. He'd watch her closely, scanning up and down, and he spotted what he had been waiting for to confirm itself. The Guards had missed it, but it was well hidden. He pushed the waitress aside and with long strides, walked up behind Emily, his Katana unsheathed then and he stepped infront of her, a Katana in each hand, one infront of her, angled at her chest, the other angled to the side, aimed at her neck.
"Have you not read the rules.. "Agent"?". A sly smirk on his lips as he stared her in the eyes. "We don't like guns in this fine establishment, especially when a former Agent is hiding one in a place the guards wouldn't look too much, hai?"
Emily stopped dead in her tracks, eyeing up the man before her. She had nearly gotten out of the bar.
She looked into his eyes, trying to intimidate him, but she wasn't she one duel wielding katanas. "I don't know what you mean" she said coldly, she tried to step to the side of the man, but the blades followed her.
Dai had then begun to smirk as his eyes and blades followed her as she moved. Her look to his, he would still bare no expression as she spoke, but his blades drew closer to her, the tip of one of them tapping against the hidden weapon that he'd seen.
"Do not try to play the fool, Agent". He'd then move the blade back up to keep her under control with. "You may have gotten past the guards at the door, but there is a reason there is always more than one employee watching you."
Daringly she took a few steps forward, the pair of them still staring each other in the eye, neither one blinking.
She reached down to her weapon, slowly. Grabbing it by the barrel she lifted it from her trousers, giving the man a look of honesty.
Dai then turned his head toward Cerulean with a slight nod, Kacey aswell before his focus went back to Emily, the grip on his blades tightening as she took a daring step forward before reaching and pulling the gun up by the barrel, a smirk on his lips.
"You almost made it out too.". His facial expression quickly turned serious as he eyed the gun before looking her dead in the eyes. "Place the Weapon on the table."
Looking in the corner of her eye she saw the table.
She began going through all of her LSF training, god knows how effective it was going to be, they don't exactly teach you how to avoid katanas.
Emily took a gulp, trying not make it obvious. "Which one?" she said before slapping away the blade which was aimed at her chest, with her gun. She drew another gun from her ankle, and rolled on the floor, she fired off a few roads, all missing.
