This is Captain Flynt of the HMS-Victory requesting assistance from Bretonian Armed Forces. Me and my splinter fleet have been troubled with more and more concern from raiders, Pirates and not to mention the Gallic Navy. We only have a small squadron of bombers and fighters and it is becoming ever more difficult to defend her majesty's territories from this threat.
I spoke with chief engineer O'Brien earlier today onboard the Southampton Shipyard and he has informed me that at present, production of Bretonian Gunships and cruisers are no longer taking place there for the time being. As the matter was classified, he would offer no further advice regarding the procurement of these vessels.
We have mustered a large pool of credits between us and would like to increase the firepower of our squadron. Do you have any second hand vessels worthy of commission into my fighter wing? I understand the war effort is taking its toll on the Armed Forces, but I believe a more ferocious presence will be beneficial and is of the utmost importance to me.
As I say, we can help with the procurement of resource if we are short.

"I would... I mean Bretonia, of course, Bretonia would certainly use some additional resources. What exactly do you have to offer?"
I have 200,000,000 credits at my disposal and my half brother works for the Idependent Mining Guild, so procurement of valuable metals such as Copper, Silver and of course Niobium can be at my disposal in short notice.
Small price to pay for me to ensure the continued security of Bretonia. Long Live the Queen

"You may send the credits to the account called BAF|HMS-Thunderer, from which it can be forwarded to the Armed Forces bank account. I will see how we can cooperate with the Independent Miners' Guild.
I gre... I mean Bretonia, greatly appreciates your donation and other efforts."
I, Captain Benjamin Flynt have proudly sent the required 200,000,000 credits to Sheffield Station in my home town of Salisbury and am now the proud owner of the new Bretonian Destroyer Class ship. She has been renamed and resprayed and a lovely bottle of champagne has been broken against her hull to ensure victory and luck in the coming engagements. For your assistance in the matter, should the Bretonian Armed Forces require her steadfast and unbreakable courage on the battleplains of space, she is yours to command.
I would have sent the credits directly to your good self, but I noticed some errors in your communication and believed that the chanel may not be as secure as initially thought. Better that the funding is safely transferred to Bretonia herself, I am sure you will agree.

George goggles and frowns at the same time, somehow. If his eyes were capable of wishing anything, they would now wish to gauge themselves out, and that wouldn't require a lot of effort.
"Oh, dear God! You... have paid them to give you command... no, ownership of one of Her Majesty's de... destroyers!?
Well then! I suppose there is, in fact, corruption within our ranks, and I should wait no longer to get rid of it, once and for all!
About your command, however - you may keep it. But only if you prove yourself worthy of it at the tests conducted by any officer of our primary fleet, or an officer of the BRF. It would be a pity to waste a captain capable of such difficult acts as bribing even someone as proper and honourable as a Bretonian officer. "

*Benjamin Flynt displays enormous discontent and his body starts to shake with anger. He re reads the transmission four times and stares blankly at his screen. His quick temper has now cooled and he realises that the transmission is in fact a huge opportunity to prove his worth, his heart thumps hard with excitement..*
Admiral,
I am not sure I like to insinuation of bribery as one of my most useful tactics, I believe that I am an able Pilot and have already reduced a Corsair Battleship and bomber to scrap metal on the border, Omega 3. I have infact been part of the Armed Forces for some time and relished in the opportunity to buy such as vessel.
If you should like a demonstration of my capabilities, I would be more than happy to sit your test in order to prove my worth. In return, perhaps you could share you expertise with me. Every day is a school day, so I have been told.

"I see no problem there. I am content with one Legate less and with", he says, when a hardly visible, perfidious smile appears on his face, turning his look from simply bored into passionately flashing and his tone into suggestively sneaky, "whatever we can achieve together", he continues, after what he relaxes his spontaneous grimace, "while you are content with retaining your position. Fine for me...
Oh, by the way, I've solved the problem with the ship dealer... sort of..." He makes that grimace again.
