We all saw that coming, sadly it is, but the ways such factions were build upon are no longer applicable and thus the problems arise. It's a shame indeed. I was on many sides of diplomacy towards the Benitez faction and it's sad to see it go like that. From another point of view you are are letting the faction go like this, not just by letting it fade away. It's worth some respect.
For those of you who're staying - see you in space, will enjoy your company on our endeavors.
P.S.

it's no-how related actually.
P.P.S.
Sadly, I think this is not the last faction with long and glorious story we're loosing. The old way of things when we all played together for mutual benefit have passed and thus such factions can't breath along the ignorance and arseholery that floods the server those days. It's hard to be a giver while not receiving the same back for a long time.
I hope we do our best to keep TBH still alive and kicking, though I will miss my many encounters with you guys, it will always be a pleasure to fight alongside you at any time.
we're not leaving - we're just relinquishing the official status. pavlos benitez will still be flying around, irritating miners in dublin and haulers in manchester - but he'll be able to fly under his own terms, and not have to 'clock watch'
While I can understand why it might have been necessary for you to take this step, I cant really say that it makes me happy. Everytime I ran into you was fun, I cant remember one single negative encounter.
You guys are awesome, so please stick around and play!
Hmm , i saw Pancake put thread call on me on forum as corsair , but individual. Hey Pancake chap ! Wanna try to reform faction and take lead , it would be cool that woman comes to leadershipp of the brotherhood?
Would be much greater contribution to community than freelancing corsairing.
This decision was discussed for some time. There were many arguments for and against. Much of the reasons are commonly known and discussed in appropriate topics.
For sure it is not because we are not able to meet the requirements for official factions, it could be done easy, but we don't feel the need of it.
Time has changed, the server has changed, our style of playing not quite fit into the current state of the server, and even though many of us, this decision hurts, almost unanimously we decided to let others decide the fate of the Corsairs.
Some of us will still be present in the server, but more in casual way.
This makes me very very sad. I met you just few times, but it was always nice, and you also made lot of RP on the forums. Roleplayers on the server like me miss you...
Enrico will still be around.
But as some of the others said in a more casual way.
I am not a native English Speaker, so i make grammar errors.
But it annoys me when people make silly comments about that... especially brits who for the most part can't speak their own language let alone anyone elses!
