To whom it may concern,
I an Jonathan Leto, most people just call me John. Yestarday I had, what can only be described as a misunderstanding of sorts while I was flying my ship call signed LH|-Archer.
My onboard recording software captured the entire encounter I will send it to you in more secure communications if you so wish.
However my testament is as such:
The encounter began with me seeing the ships no-palindrome in the Magellan system before I could even speak he ran into California, I followed. I asked him to stop ( multiple times during the encounter) and he did not listen and proceeded to California Minor. As I pursued I had hoped auto pilot of engaged and hence not ordered any sort of attack on my ship or any response at all to my inquiries. After a long while of waiting your ship finally docked on Planet California Minor.
I would like clarification on two things:
Does Natio Octavarium see Lane Hackers in favorable light?
If so, I would like to see these agreements between the Natio and the Lane Hackers.
I'll field this one. Taskmaster Escher, Merak Squadron, Octavarium Intelligence Commission.
Our... situation regarding the Hackers has historically been one of leaving each other alone. We cause you no problems, in exchange for you causing us no problems.
At least, that was the idea. Ideas rarely survive first contact with a civilian, though.
Before I proceed further with this, I would like to see these logs. Over secure channels if necessary.
