Captain... Something,
All BMM bases currently operate with the newly invented IFF protocol software EUCH!, developed by my nephew Gabriel last month. With highly advanced space-smell simulations (utilizing the new StarNose™-line hardware), it decides target hostility via an estimation of how the captain or >83% of the crew smells. I've looked at the logs for your ship and EUCH! rates it "Acid-like burning sensation”.

Captain Still-unknown-name,
You have failed to:
Declare what base(s) is in question.
Provide information on the circumstances of apparent attack(s).
Go through proper lines of communications (I rather doubt your superior wants you to directly adress us).
Provide any evidence of that the attack(s) have actually occured.
Follow Bretonian law, considering you're threatening a Bretonian company.
Respectfully treat Her Majesty the Queen's name and title.
Show any sense of humor.
This is an absolute disgrace to the image of the Crown's military. If you can mend your mistakes, we might look into the matter with your co-operation.
Regards,
Stan Graham, BMM-
P.S. Some irregularities in your transmissions make them difficult to understand completely. If we're misinterpreting the situation, we ask you to be more clear.

Captain Something-something,
I do not appreciate your tone, and you still aren't answering all of our questions. I also rather doubt you're the fleet admiral of the BAF. We would ask you provide a log from your ship to specify the circumstances you don't seem to be able to.
Regards,
Stan Graham, BMM-
P.S. Oh, and the base is called Southampton.

//If you're having actual game mechanics issues that are unsolvable by RP, contact an admin and not us. I'm sure you know that we have no control of the normal NPC bases, and they should be controlled by just your reputation with the NPC faction. Ergo, if you look at your reputation sheet (found on the Player Info Card ingame, press F9) and look at ”BMM” you can see what colour it is. If it's red, hostile, you just need to improve your rep by taking a bribe at for instance Freeport 1.
