Well, the best way to diagnose the lag is buy running the server with and without things, to close in on the problem.
Why don't we close a select few plugins for a week to see what happens, in terms of fever playability.
Dunno which ones should go first. How about the shipcompat and tech nerd ones? :3
Instead of turning one plugin off and shortly after back on, turn everything you've recently added off. Turn them back on until things start lagging again. Seriously, this is elementary-school logic. I can't believe it's that hard to figure out which of your stupid decisions is causing the server to go apecrap once 3+ ships turn up on the screen.

If somebody will be interested in your disappearance, I guess your post will disappear too so nobody will actually notice that something happened and you disappeared... And I´m not sure if I would miss this post.
