En route to the Omicron Minor system, in the hope that I may conduct a thorough analysis of the area surrounding Toledo, I received a transmission from a Grise Fjord Shipyard operative, warning me of Order activity within the area. After receiving said transmission, I contacted the Order Pilot almost immediately. After all this was fortuitous, I may need an insurance policy. Perhaps this Order pilot can be of some assistance.
Quote:=LSF=Virgo: Incoming Transmission
=LSF=Virgo: Greetings.
Order|Victor.Nova: Victor: Greetings
=LSF=Virgo: Our Long Range scans based within the Ellesmere system caught you on radar.
=LSF=Virgo: It seems your current position is most fortuitous.
=LSF=Virgo: As I would like to arrange a meet with you so that I may talk to you more comfortably.
Order|Victor.Nova: Victor: I see, I think given the circumstance, that the meeting should take place within neutral space.
=LSF=Virgo: Perhaps some were closer to your core worlds then.
=LSF=Virgo: I suggest Omicron Zeta.
Order|Victor.Nova: Victor: I can suggest Ellesmere, on the condition that I am safe enough
=LSF=Virgo: The rest of the Liberty Security Force are in the dark about this matter.
=LSF=Virgo: This is more of a private matter in fact.
=LSF=Virgo: I wouldn't want them compromising our position.
Order|Victor.Nova: Victor: Then Omicron Zeta will suffice.
=LSF=Virgo: Excellent.
Order|Victor.Nova: Victor: I am interested in what we might be discussing there.
=LSF=Virgo: Forgive the secrecy for the time being.
=LSF=Virgo: I feel as if the Liberty Security Force is monitoring my every move.
Order|Victor.Nova: Victor: Certainly.
Order|Victor.Nova: Victor: I hope that I am not in need of any escort vessels, Correct me if I am wrong.
=LSF=Virgo: If you feel apprehensive, you can stick to protocol and ensure your safety.
=LSF=Virgo: I assure you, that I do not have the intention of causing any problematic situation.
Order|Victor.Nova: Victor: I will be on my own then. Stationed near Meskhenet Station. I am sure I will be well protected in the confinement of familiar space.
=LSF=Virgo: Roger that.
After meeting with the Order Pilot, I explained that my position may soon be compromised within Liberty. I informed this pilot to contact his peers in the hope that they may contact me, after explaining the reasons as to why I may soon be on the run so to speak, the Order pilot known as Victor was empathetic to my situation. He assured me that they may be of some service, if I can provide them with key information in return.
So it looks like I will have some more work to do later on. He was in no position to provide me with access codes to an emergency frequency, so that I might send a distress call to them upon arrival of the Nomad worlds. Chances are, that I may need them to ensure my safety and hopefully he can provide me with a safe haven. I will only have limited time to conduct said research within the Nomad Core Worlds, I fear the Nomads will soon be on my trail upon entry of there home.
I do hope Itziar Leiseka is not an incompetent substance misuser, that's way in over her head. I am relying on her to ensure that I am undetected within her worlds, so that I might enter uncharted space, which will ultimately put me in more danger.. There's only one way to find out.. I guess..
The rumours about said scientist based on Planet Sprague didn't prove to be helpful. It seems this scientist gets around a lot, I need to find her immediately, I hear she may be able to help me obtain Liquid Cardamine. That's if the rumours are accurate, The only other reliable source are the Nomads themselves, who aren't exactly in short supply of Liquid Cardamine, Well I'm basing that off the research conducted within the Liberty Security Force on said substance, They tend to be accurate about such things. But I don't think the Nomads can be of any service to me, what with the war between our species.
Whilst on Planet Sprague, I didn't get much information about the scientist herself. But I have a name now at least. She operates under the vessel name "RV PennyBrooke" It's an independent research ship of some sort. Apparently she is the person I should be talking to. I do hope these are reliable sources. I am not contempt with chasing a lunatic around every sector of Sirius. From what I hear about her, she is conducting research within the Omicron Systems regularly, However, it is hard to pin point her exact location.
Since this is the only person who seems to be capable of presenting me with what I require, it makes me wonder how she can pull this off. Liquid Cardamine, after all is a very rare substance, Not many people live long enough to keep such a substance within there possession. I guess I'm just going to have to find out for myself when I eventually find her.
I also took a look at what the news had to say, It seems they still have outdated, yet an important feed from 815 A.S in regards to the Nomad Legacy. That's almost five years ago now, fourteen years from when The Nomads infected the colonies. The Liberty Security Force still holds documented records of the events that occurred within 801 A.S, documents that are troubling to this day. It looks like a group known as the Die Wilden had seriously effected Bretonia in 815 A.S, it goes without saying that they probably still operate under Rheinland ships, causing political party's stress within both Rheinland and Bretonia. Although this is of no use to myself, It is interesting none the less.
Upon conducting thorough research into The Omicron Minor System, I extended my search within the Omicron Major System and The Omicron 92 System, both of which displayed strange readings. I first discovered the entries to these systems after conducting research in the vicinity of Toledo, both systems gave off an energy signal of some sort and I soon found out they were still active.
Omicron Major:
Although Omicron Major's Alien Hyper Gate was still active, It seems nothing within the System remained active. There was a sealed gate of some sort, surrounded by heavily fortified weaponry, I still remain puzzled as to what might be lurking behind it. Nomad activity remained, I am sure the Nomads had felt a separate entity within there presence, due to the overwhelming force that had confronted me upon arrival.
Omicron 92:
This Nomad Lair appeared to be dormant, I noticed an air lock that prevented any access into the lair, It must of been locked for a good reason, but what could be lurking behind it. Nomad activity here was at an all time low. It seems this outpost was forgotten, but why? There are more than enough curious things about this lairs inhabitants. Unfortunately I could not conduct a thorough analysis of the structure, it became apparent that I was tailed by an unknown pilot and was soon ordered out of the system via his escort to Kusari, despite my original intentions, I decided it was within my best interests to obey, considering he may be an Order operative, I wouldn't want to compromise my understanding with them.

=LSF=Virgo: I am conducting research on behalf of the Liberty Security Force.
Rift.Walker: Not here you're not.
Rift.Walker: This is a Restricted area. Leave at once.
Rift.Walker: I will escort you into Kusari Space.
=LSF=Virgo: Roger that, I apologise for the inconvenience.

Rift.Walker: Anything you have logged from that system will be wiped clean from any report.
Rift.Walker: Is that understood?
=LSF=Virgo: Understood.
=LSF=Virgo: I hope you don't mind me asking.
=LSF=Virgo: But what is this place?
Rift.Walker: This Libertonian is the Remenance of a once great system.
Rift.Walker: The Tohoku Planetary Arch.
Rift.Walker: It was built as the greatest palace any Kusarian Emperor has ever set foot in.
Rift.Walker: However, during the Nomad war, Tekagi was infested, and he infested many of his Royal Guard.
Rift.Walker: They are now known only as , Aoi Iseijen
=LSF=Virgo: I am aware of the Tekagi infestation.
=LSF=Virgo: But Iseijen not so much.
Rift.Walker: Have you heard of Das Wilde?
=LSF=Virgo: I only touched base with rumours of such a party existing.
=LSF=Virgo: My time on Planet Sprague recently has made me aware of their influence.
=LSF=Virgo: The Das Wilden that is.
Rift.Walker: Well, Effectively Aoi Iseijen are Kusarian Das Wilde.
=LSF=Virgo: And you claim they reside here?
Rift.Walker: I do not claim , I know they do.
Rift.Walker: I have seen them with my own two eyes.
=LSF=Virgo: I can only imagine they would be none to happy about our presence here.
Rift.Walker: For sure, It is only a matter of time.
=LSF=Virgo: Perhaps you would care to join me.
=LSF=Virgo: I would like a closer look at that Arch.
=LSF=Virgo: And then if you wouldn't mind escorting me out of here.
=LSF=Virgo: I would greatly appreciate it.
Rift.Walker: Certainly, After that we will go to Hokkaido, there is a jump hole to there from here.
=LSF=Virgo: Roger, we should move swiftly.
=LSF=Virgo: What is your name if you don't mind me asking?
Rift.Walker: That is classified I apologize.
=LSF=Virgo: So how have you come to know so much about the infestation at present?
Rift.Walker: In short, I spent weeks out here watching their movements.
Rift.Walker: Much like a Biologists observes an animal in their native habitat I have watched the wild.

Rift.Walker: People would have paid millions of Credits to visit this place.
=LSF=Virgo: We should get moving.
=LSF=Virgo: It seems we are not welcome here.
Rift.Walker: I was just thinking the same thing.
Rift.Walker: We can go to Hokkaido or Okinawa take your pick.
=LSF=Virgo: Hokkaido seems appropriate.
Rift.Walker: Alright follow me.
=LSF=Virgo: Is there anything else of interest here?
Rift.Walker: The Blood Dragons hold a base here.
Rift.Walker: Other then that nothing.
=LSF=Virgo: I see.
=LSF=Virgo: I need to get out of here swiftly and silently.
=LSF=Virgo: Kusari and Liberty are not seeing eye to eye at the moment.
Rift.Walker: Really? I haven't been able to sit and watch the news.
=LSF=Virgo: Perhaps If I dock on Otaru Border Station
=LSF=Virgo: And explain my current situation.
It seems the locals here noticed me straight off the bat, I suppose the uniform gave that away, preventing them from conversing with me all together. That's what I call pro social modelling. Nevertheless in the eyes of The Kusari Republic, I just broke the embargo, I had asked the administrator to contact a high ranking official, explaining my current situation, Unfortunately it didn't go to plan and I was forced to leave the station immediately. Hard to believe they left me to my own devices, I had to operate throughout Kusari, just to get back to Liberty. It seems my research expedition just took a turn for the worse.
Conducted Research #409786 Wrote:=LSF=Virgo: I suggest we move through New Tokyo quickly.
=LSF=Virgo: The locals here didn't prove to show any empathy to our situation.
Rift.Walker: That would be a good Idea.
=LSF=Virgo: I assume you have business within Liberty?
Rift.Walker: Some people to talk to, some catching up to do.
I didn't catch this pilots name, nor did I obtain any information in regards to what group he represented. He was very distinctive, and an honourable man from what I could tell, Perhaps we will meet again under a more ideal circumstance.
I've contacted Altaf in the hope that he cooperates with me and assists me in my endeavours. This is a risky position I am putting him in, It will likely mean he will be interrogated after, his training within the Liberty Security Force will prepare him for such a thing. I can't afford to bring him with me, but I sense that it may happen.
The Lane Hackers will be assisting me in retrieving Altaf from the Liberty Security Forces grasp. I've devised a plan that I'm sure will work in my favour. I can only hope it does. Although I may be feeling apprehensive about all of this, I am taking a leap of faith so to speak, I am dedicated, I am ready for the storm that has befallen me. I must find it..
I've taken the liberty of uploading all communication I have with The Liberty Security Force, The Lane Hackers, The Outcasts and The Padua Liberty Rogues. Everything else I have is saved within my Neural Net Log. Chances are I will need to explain myself at some point, If I am ever apprehended by a group who may have interest in my research, They may be able to assist me.
My next venture will likely mean I will have to escape the grasps of Liberty. I have a couple of things I need to do outside of Liberty anyway, It seems convenient, I would of liked to of remained on good terms with the Liberty Security Force, but the information I have acquired will likely lead them to assassinating myself and any other people involved. It's my own fault I guess, poking my nose in it all. I don't have any other choice but to carry on. On the bright side, I won't be isolated within Liberty anymore, who knows what I may come across, Sirius still has a lot of secrets to share.
I will be uploading any communique's made in the near future via this particular log, it will prove more efficient for me, since I will likely have a lot of recorded information that I will consider vital in the progress I am making.
I was on board the Sugarland Prison Station, Texas. A prisoner claimed he had salvaged valuable information from the Liberty Security Force's database. after examining his documented evidence and interrogating the prisoner, it soon became clear that it was all just a pointless hoax in an attempt to escape Sugarland Prison Station. A complete and utter waste of time. That was until a distress call was sent to Sugarland, I prepared my vessel for launch immediately, along side a wing of Liberty Police Inc pilots. We responded to the distress call at our earliest convenience.
Sugarland Distress Call - #49581200 Wrote:Jeske.Vardogr: Sugarland! Sugarland, this is Rheinland military Major Jeske Vardogr!

=LSF=Virgo: This is LSF Agent Virgo, Proceed to Sugarland, our wing will be en route to your location shortly.
LPI-SWAT-R.Mizushima[G]: We are en route to your position.
LPI-SWAT-R.Mizushima[G]: Reinforcements are on their way. Hang in tight.
LPI-SWAT-R.Mizushima[G]: Who is attacking you, Mr Vardogr?
[RM]Fw.Sarah.Braun: Stay out of this, Libertonians!
[RM]Fw.Sarah.Braun: This is none of your business.
Jeske.Vardogr: Liberty vessels. I carry proof of Rheinland's attempts to use nomad technology
Jeske.Vardogr: The Kanzler must not get this back
[RM]Fw.Sarah.Braun: Don't listen to him!
Jeske.Vardogr: It is too late Feldwebel Braun. Now all shall know the Kanzler's true treachery!
[RM]Ge.L.Tchaykovsky: you betrayed your country, Vardogr!
After dealing with the Rheinland Military Forces, I successfully escorted Mr Vardogr to a secure location, so that I could question him in regards to his claims of the Kanzlers treachery. Something was strange about this pilot, I was picking up faint energy signatures from his vessel, of unknown origin. I commenced disinfection processes on his vessel, whilst communicating with him. To his knowledge, he was only aware of the situation that had befallen him prior to our communication and expressed in great detail as to why he required our assistance.
Allegations Of Nomad Contact Within Rheinland #35000078 Wrote:=LSF=Virgo: Mr Vardogr.
=LSF=Virgo: You have a lot of explaining to do.
Jeske.Vardogr: Your name, sir?
=LSF=Virgo: Ryan, pleasure.
=LSF=Virgo: What was all this about.
Jeske.Vardogr: Gut. I shall begin
Jeske.Vardogr: I am a Major in the Rheinland Military. Many years ago I found evidence of nomad technology on Military vessels
Jeske.Vardogr: I brought this forward to my Admiral, thinking it would be dealt with
Jeske.Vardogr: However, it was me that was dealt with
Jeske.Vardogr: I was quickly declared a traitor, accused of smuggling a nomad weapon aboard the Westfalen
=LSF=Virgo: I assume the information you hold now compromised your position within Rheinland.
Jeske.Vardogr: Very much so
=LSF=Virgo: And you seek asylum here in Liberty?
Jeske.Vardogr: I do. I have proof of the Kanzlers plans in my hold
=LSF=Virgo: Plans you say?
Jeske.Vardogr: A nomad device I was able to remove from the Westfalen
Jeske.Vardogr: It is in my hold
Jeske.Vardogr: All the houses must be made aware of the Kanzlers treachery
Jeske.Vardogr: Rheinland cannot be allowed to harness nomad technology
Jeske.Vardogr: We know the results of that
=LSF=Virgo: compelling story Rheinlander.
Jeske.Vardogr: So I surrender myself to you. My vessel contains details of my flight from Westfalen
=LSF=Virgo: We must accommodate you appropriately.
=LSF=Virgo: And ensure your safety.
=LSF=Virgo: You will be dealing with me from here on in.
Jeske.Vardogr: My thanks.
=LSF=Virgo: Please follow me.
Jeske.Vardogr: On your wing, Virgo
Jeske.Vardogr: Virgo, I shall transfer my data files and cargo to you
Jeske.Vardogr: I suggest this vessel is then destroyed
=LSF=Virgo: Very well, Do so at your earliest convenience.
LSF=Virgo: In fact I have a better proposal.
=LSF=Virgo: We have been conducting studies into the Wraith class vessel for some time now.
=LSF=Virgo: This is fortuitous so to speak.
=LSF=Virgo: Would you prefer your vessel to be disposed of as oppose to being studied thoroughly by myself?
Jeske.Vardogr: I will submit my ship to your technicians.
=LSF=Virgo: Very good.
Jeske.Vardogr: In the right hands, the Wraith is a rare ship indeed
=LSF=Virgo: I am sure Liberty will be nothing but impressed with your cooperative approach.
Whilst in communication with Vardogr, I was scanning his vessel after picking up unknown entities residing within his vessel. Energy signatures of Nomad origin suggested he may be influenced by the Nomads. However, If I exposed this nature to him, chances are that we could lose valuable information and time. I had to be concise in regards to my next step. I had already notified high command via the database. So we know what to expect, as long as he remained cooperative for a time, we could put this being to good use.
High Priority Targets #81376000 Wrote:Jeske.Vardogr: Officers, you have my deepest gratitude
Jeske.Vardogr: You have started in motion events that may well save Sirius
LPI-SWAT-R.Mizushima[G]: Major.

LPI-SWAT-R.Mizushima[G]: Claiming.. Various things about your nature.
LPI-SWAT-R.Mizushima[G]: Your cargo. Where did you get it?
Jeske.Vardogr: The cargo was taken from the battleship Westfalen
Jeske.Vardogr: It is part of a secret programme to integrate nomad technology into military vessels
Jeske.Vardogr: My theft of the device led to me being declared traitor, and hunted from one end of Rheinland to another
LPI-SWAT-R.Mizushima[G]: As plausible an explanation as any at this point.
=LSF=Virgo: We do have to take into account both stories Rheinlander.
Jeske.Vardogr: I am sure you have many more questions to ask me
Jeske.Vardogr: I am under no illusions about that
Jeske.Vardogr: I shall answer all of your questions openly
LPI-SWAT-R.Mizushima[G]: Here you are, Agent. The only one of them that remains.
LPI-SWAT-R.Mizushima[G]: Claims to have their admiral on board as well.
[RM]Ge.L.Tchaykovsky: I have nothing to say to you, Vardogr.
Jeske.Vardogr: Perhaps one day you will understand my sacrifice
Jeske.Vardogr: Until then, I accept your silence
[RM]Ge.L.Tchaykovsky: Sacrifice... What do you know about sacrifice, traitor?
Jeske.Vardogr: Your silence is short lived I see. Not above slinging insults eh
=LSF=Virgo: Enough of your squabbling.
=LSF=Virgo: I believe you mentioned the Admiral is on board.
LPI-SWAT-R.Mizushima[G]: Well. We cannot know this for sure, agent. It is merely what this Rheinlander claimed.
LPI-SWAT-R.Mizushima[G]: Well then, agent. We deal with petty criminals. Not the admirals of a hostile houses' army.
LPI-SWAT-R.Mizushima[G]: The Attica Supermax is capable of.. providing a new home for them, of course.
LPI-SWAT-R.Mizushima[G]: And we're not unwilling to provide additional security.
=LSF=Virgo: Very good, We will need you to escort us to the Sugarland Prison Station, this of high priority officers.
=LSF=Virgo: The Langley vessel is on approach now, both Rheinlander ships will have clearance to dock, we will be taking them to a secure location.
=LSF=Langley: Rheinland vessels, you are to disengage all weaponry and sensory systems.
=LSF=Virgo: Okay, now that we have everything in motion. Let's go ahead and escort them to Sugarland Station.
=LSF=Virgo: Once again, thank you for your invaluable service officers, it is much appreciated.
LPI-SWAT-Raven's.Wing.1: No problem LSF Agent.
We escorted them to our high priority prison successfully, they will be interrogated thoroughly. It seems we have a lot of work to do from here on in, It will be interesting to see how this develops. Perhaps we could gain something from the Admiral.
After apprehending Major Jeske Vardogr and after successfully providing him with a temporary safe haven, we talked briefly. He was quite open to the idea of his vessel being distributed to our technicians. This would work in my favour, If I could acquire such a vessel, it would allow me to stretch my wings further and negotiate my position within Rheinland by establishing contacts within there.
The Wraith, a remarkable vessel, I have always been an admirer of it. This is most fortuitous. Of course this means I would have all the access codes to the Jump Gates within Rheinland, not to mention locations of Rheinland's research stations. However, discretion is key here, I can not afford to compromise my position whilst using said vessel, by becoming too hasty in my approach. Perhaps Mister Vardogr will be gracious enough to permit my use of his vessel for practical testing.
I have a team of my best technicians currently examining the vessel. I am sure that once it is thoroughly checked over, we can begin working on a fusion of both Liberty's and Rheinland's technology whilst maintaining it's core purpose. Once the maintenance checks are finished we can start conducting research into rendering the Wraith into a Libertonian acquired vessel. This is a promising turn of events. Of course it goes without saying, I will need the blue prints for the vessel, this will likely mean more work for me.
I can use this vessel to my advantage. It will allow me to remain undetected by the Liberty Security Force, I will be mounting an audio and visual tracking device to the vessel for testing phases. I am sure the Liberty Security Force will be outfitting tracking devices within the vessel at a later date for more controlling purpose, but my time with the Lane Hackers ensured that I can rid of such a device quite quickly. It seems the tables are turning within my favour once again.
The maintenance checks on the Wraith, submitted to my team of technicians have been finalised. We have successfully initiated our reverse engineering procedures. It won't be long now until we gather information in regards to the key components based within the vessels weaponry system. Testing phases will be permitted via our simulator programme and we can start altering the primary weapon configuration so that it will identify weaponry displayed within Liberty.
The first attempts will be to get the Wraith to identify weaponry of our origin. We will start by trying to get the vessel to recognise our "N25" Magma Hammer MK IV and the "TN26" Magma Hammer Turret MK V.
Over all, once the vessel itself is familiar with the weaponry listed above, we can then conduct an equipment assessment and have a view on installation design. Of course this requires dismantling certain components of the vessel, so that we can have a thorough view on Rheinland engineering. Once we have altered the weapon configuration of the vessel and it recognises weaponry of our origin, we can then initialise practical tests of the vessels weaponry systems. This is exciting progress. However, I am still lacking blue print schematics of the vessel and I will need them in order to manufacture a Wraith vessel.
I have also had the liberty of outfitting said vessel with an audio and visual tracker. This vessel will be closely monitored at all times, we also want to listen out for any disturbances within the vessel whilst we are in the mist of our practical testing phases. I am eternally grateful to Mr Vardogr, for giving us the opportunity to conduct such research on his vessel.
I do hope he is comfortable at Sugarland Prison Station for the time being, We will soon be taking him to a more secure location.
Upon finally establishing communication with Altaf, he responded, although it was curious that he cooperated almost instantly, I decided to give him the benefit of the doubt. However, something remained curious, I could understand the apprehension he may have been enduring, given this was no ordinary assignment, but I was not prepared for this. Arrangement's were put in place to ensure Altaf's safety, I thought I could trust him, but monitoring his activity suggests otherwise. He did indeed arrive at Ames Research Station as planned, but my operatives based there had explained he was in contact with high ranking officials outside of The Liberty Security Force. It seems his loyalty has withered away, It is hard to believe that our friendship has been compromised over this. Who are these people anyway? the only suspicion I have is that it may be Internal Affairs, but I can't be sure. Either way I think I've dodged a bullet, I wouldn't want to jeopardize everything by exposing myself to Altaf, he could well be the liability I was trying to avoid in the first place.
I had to contact Nicole, informing her of the change of plans, she sounded disappointed, I would be too if she wasted my time like this. Perhaps it is better this way, I wouldn't want any harm to come to Altaf, he is an able pilot and a brilliant agent, but I do not think anything could prepare him for the journey that I am about to embark on. I must do this alone. Hopefully the Padua Liberty Rogues will be in contact with me soon, I could do with an insurance policy if everything goes pair shaped. I sense that this may be it for me. And to think, all of this because of an Artifact..
There are still a few things I must do prior to completing the tasks Nicole has set before me, I've been dealing with Jeske Vardogr and I have been reporting to Black Throne on a regular basis. Everyone as of right now seems contempt, but as soon as they find out what I've done, they won't be so empathetic in regards to my circumstance. Until then, it looks like I'll be laying low, I've based my Saishi Vessel on Planet Curacao, it makes a change from California Minor, this place is actually civilized.
I'll be reporting back to the Liberty Security Force, so that I may conduct more research on the Wraith vessel that Mr Vardogr submitted to my technicians, It seems we are making a lot of progress. Also it looks like Mr Vardogr may be moved to Prison Station Mitchell, within the Alaska system, this will likely mean that Mr Vardogr's safety is at risk and his priority level has just changed dramatically. This doesn't come as a surprise to me in all honesty, given the origin of Mr Vardogr.
After receiving a transmission from one of my operatives based on Barrier Gate Station, I took the time out to visit him. He was very concise, explaining that it was of vital importance. Something about an Artifact capable of accessing and recognising an Alien Gate within the Coronado system. Quite the commendable discovery.
En route to Barrier Gate, I came across a group of Colonial Republic representatives, eager to turn away any agent working on behalf of an intelligence unit. Of course, I can be quite persuasive and they cooperated as expected.

=LSF=Virgo: I have one more place to visit within this system. With the newly acquired Intel I just received, it would be unpractical of me to ignore such a sight.
CR|-Anchises[15th]: What is this Intel?
=LSF=Virgo: Now, giving out an Intelligence Unit's secrets would also be unpractical Colonial.
=LSF=Virgo: But as it stands.
=LSF=Virgo: I am in need of your company
CR|-Anchises[15th]: Where do you wish to go?
=LSF=Virgo: Sector B-7
CR|-Anchises[15th]: Lloyd: Funny, we just chased down a freighter heading in that direction

=LSF=Virgo: People enter here willingly.
=LSF=Virgo: However, it is an entirely different case with me.
=LSF=Virgo: Tell me Colonial.
=LSF=Virgo: What do you know about this Alien Gate.
CR|-Anchises[15th]: Lloyd: Not much ... it's hard to keep track of because it doesn't emit normal signatures
CR|-Anchises[15th]: Lloyd: And, if anything comes out of there, they are careful enough to hide themselves
=LSF=Virgo: Well, what if I told you that I intend on entering thus Gate.
=LSF=Virgo: In my hold is an Artifact.
=LSF=Virgo: From what I believe, this Artifact will recognise the Alien Gate.
=LSF=Virgo: Once the Alien Gate identifies the Artifact in my hold, it will allow me to jump successfully.
=LSF=Virgo: Although it appears active.
=LSF=Virgo: As you said..
=LSF=Virgo: Not many return.
=LSF=Virgo: I believe there is a cause for that..
CR|-Anchises[15th]: Lloyd: You want me to send your Director a death certificate?
CR|-Anchises[15th]: Lloyd: Might as well, if you choose to jump
=LSF=Virgo: I would prefer you just keep this to ourselves.
CR|-Anchises[15th]: Lloyd: That all depends on what happens
CR|-Anchises[15th]: Lloyd: Go ahead and jump though
=LSF=Virgo: Certainly.
=LSF=Virgo: I shall return after I have conducted my research.
After jumping through successfully, It was clear that this system was still acting as an active outpost for the unknown entity's that reside here. I conducted my research into the area and found the remnants of something.. breath taking..
Scans suggest that these are the remnants of what was once the Omega 59 system. There are many theory's around the Omega 59 system and it's drastic change. What I found next suggests that a Nomad Power Cell discharged and had collapsed everything within the Omega 59 system, forcing Planets, Moons, Stations, even Asteroids into this system.
I recently received information from an operative of mine, on assignment, he had provided me with a rumour that was going around in the Omicron Alpha System. It seems a man named aerelm is in search of Pennybrooke, So naturally our interests are aligned. I contacted him via the access codes provided to me. I soon established contact with him.

Recorded Audio Files: #590214 Wrote:=LSF=Virgo: Good day.
=LSF=Virgo: I believe it is of my benefit to talk to you.
=LSF=Virgo: Maybe not so much as your benefit.
=LSF=Virgo: But perhaps you could assist me in my endeavours.
=LSF=Virgo: I have been in contact with a fair few operatives based within Omicron Alpha
=LSF=Virgo: They have provided me with necessary information.
=LSF=Virgo: Something that may turn the tides in my research.
=LSF=Virgo: Although I am purely acting off rumours however.
=LSF=Virgo: It brings me to this question.
=LSF=Virgo: Are you in contact with Pennybrooke.
=LSF=Virgo: I am in need of her assistance.
=LSF=Virgo: I can only hope this message will transmit to you from my current location.
=LSF=Virgo: It is of vital importance that you and I speak... I believe I'm on to something big.
aerelm: Obvious questions like who are you and who is Pennybrooke aside, what's in it for me?
=LSF=Virgo: Well it depends on what you may be interested in.
aerelm: That's quite a wide range of things. Back to obvious questions then.
aerelm: Who are you and who is this Pennybrooke you mentioned?
=LSF=Virgo: I am Ryan Knowles, A Liberty Security Force agent, and Pennybrooke is a scientist conducting research..
=LSF=Virgo: Quite possibly within the Omicron Systems.
=LSF=Virgo: Or at least this is were the rumours have lead me.
aerelm: Right. Liberty.
aerelm: Should've guessed. The transmission doesn't appear to be local.
aerelm: A research vessel in Omicrons. Sounds like your looking for a noodle in a soup... Or whatever the saying is.
=LSF=Virgo: I was thinking the same.
=LSF=Virgo: Spending my time looking for a lunatic scientist is not what I had in mind.
=LSF=Virgo: However, I am told she can assist me.
=LSF=Virgo: Which is better than nothing.
aerelm: You must be quite desperate then. It's unlike LSF agents to contact some random guy they don't even know asking about.
aerelm: a "target of interest", so to say.
=LSF=Virgo: Desperate may be the most appropriate word for my current circumstance.
=LSF=Virgo: I feel my position within the LSF will soon be compromised.
=LSF=Virgo: And I must make the relevant contacts now before escaping Liberty.
=LSF=Virgo: I fear they will soon be on to me.
aerelm: Right. So you're not much of a LSF after all.
aerelm: Who are you with then?
=LSF=Virgo: It is a long story.
aerelm: And it's a long cruise I'm on, so... *Shrugs*
=LSF=Virgo: If I am being monitored, then I believe that will be the end of my endeavours as a whole.
=LSF=Virgo: Perhaps it would be better to meet with you.
=LSF=Virgo: I'm on approach to Omicron Zeta right now, I wonder if you are within the vicinity?
aerelm: Tell you what... I'm in the mood for a story, but I'm sure the LSF, or whoever you are, wouldn't want to be in Order's backyard
aerelm: So I'll grab a beer on FP11, and you get here whenever.
aerelm: You apparently know your way around the comms enough to find this channel, so I'm sure you'll manage to find FP11 just fine.
=LSF=Virgo: Freeport 11 sounds like a solid place to go.
=LSF=Virgo: I'll contact you upon arrival.
aerelm: It's neutral ground, after all.
=LSF=Virgo: At a time like this, I would prefer not to indulge in conversation primarily based around my motives.
=LSF=Virgo: I can brief you quite happily without passing on every delicate secret.
=LSF=Virgo: After all, what is to say I can trust you, let alone gain anything from you?
=LSF=Virgo: Forgive my apprehension.
aerelm: You've been talking too much already, so I bet there's something big in it for you.
aerelm: That said, I'm in a mood for a story, not a novel.
aerelm: So I don't really care about the details.
=LSF=Virgo: So be it.
=LSF=Virgo: I was assigned to conduct research within the Omicron Minor system, after HQ picked up on active energy signatures through our Long Range Scans.
=LSF=Virgo: The signatures were transmitting within the remnants of the Toledo graveyard.
=LSF=Virgo: I was based there for quite some time.
=LSF=Virgo: In which I managed to salvage the manifest of the remnants left behind.
=LSF=Virgo: Of course it goes without saying, it came as a shock that these logs suddenly became active, and started pulsing.
aerelm: With that piece of junk you're flying?
aerelm: You guys must've upgraded that thing since the last time I was in Liberty, else it wouldn't stand the radiation in Minor.
=LSF=Virgo: An upgrade was mandatory yes.
=LSF=Virgo: Moving on.
=LSF=Virgo: One particular manifest left quite an interesting story
=LSF=Virgo: One that has lead me to my current demise.
=LSF=Virgo: It speaks of an Artifact.
=LSF=Virgo: An Artifact that was specifically targeted according to the manifest.
=LSF=Virgo: And it is very suggestive that this particular Artifact may still be active.
aerelm: If that's what you have in your cargo right now, I have two things to say:
aerelm: First, explain the unidentified reading I get on the cargo scan.
aerelm: Second, wouldn't hurt if you keep a bit of distance. I -just- bought this ship.
=LSF=Virgo: Certainly.
aerelm: Much appreciated.
aerelm: You were sayin'.
=LSF=Virgo: The Artifact I have in my possession is not the one I am searching for.
=LSF=Virgo: In fact this is from an operative of mine.
=LSF=Virgo: I met with him earlier within the Coronado system.
aerelm: Mhmm.
=LSF=Virgo: He needed to meet with me in regards to a discovery of his.
=LSF=Virgo: A discovery that has pretty much ensured his death for him.
=LSF=Virgo: Well, that was until he talked to me.
aerelm: Ain't Liberty a lovely corner of space.
=LSF=Virgo: A Nomad Gate.
=LSF=Virgo: Leading to a system I am not familiar with.
aerelm: Interesting. I must've missed it in my last trip to Barrier.
=LSF=Virgo: But by the looks of the studies I conducted.
=LSF=Virgo: It became quite apparent.
=LSF=Virgo: That the system was masqueraded with the remnants of the Omega 59 system.
aerelm: Fascinating tale, but nothing to do with that Pennybrooke you mentioned whatsoever.
=LSF=Virgo: Ah.
=LSF=Virgo: Well I have recently been in contact with a miss Itziar Leiseka.
=LSF=Virgo: She has ensured my safety through her core worlds.
=LSF=Virgo: In return.
=LSF=Virgo: She wanted me to acquire a substance.
=LSF=Virgo: So that she may carry out her research successfully.
=LSF=Virgo: Liquid Cardamine.
=LSF=Virgo: That is the price I have to pay.
=LSF=Virgo: So that I can carry out my research too.
=LSF=Virgo: Rumour has it that Miss Pennybrooke is the person I should be talking too.
=LSF=Virgo: As stated earlier, acting on rumours has lead me here thus far.
aerelm: Oh, Pennybrooke is a miss too. Interesting.
=LSF=Virgo: Well, by rumours.
=LSF=Virgo: I am very unsure.
=LSF=Virgo: A particular rumour lead me here in fact.
=LSF=Virgo: It is said that you are in search of the same person.
=LSF=Virgo: I can only hope that you are.
=LSF=Virgo: Otherwise I have just exposed myself further.
aerelm: Well, I'm afraid you have. Since it would of been kind of hard if I was in search of some random researcher I'm hearing about
aerelm: For the first time just now.
aerelm: But, the glass is always being half full...
aerelm: Since I'm in the region just for sight-seeing and trying out this new bird of mine
aerelm: That leaves me with basically and literally nothing important to do, so...
aerelm: brings us back to the original question - What's in it for me?
aerelm: Who knows, if it's something worth considering, I might actually start looking around for this Pennybrooke you mentioned.
aerelm: The Omicron systems are big, but not that big, so I might actually run into her.
=LSF=Virgo: Is there anything you have set your eyes on in particular?
aerelm: Well, considering your situation the way you described it...
aerelm: You're kind of short on support from Liberty side, and not set on support from any other side at the moment.
=LSF=Virgo: Ah, but this is were you are wrong.
aerelm: Oh, is that so?
=LSF=Virgo: Right now my position within the LSF is still active.
=LSF=Virgo: Yet only for a limited time I fear.
aerelm: Hmm, interesting. And how long would that last?
=LSF=Virgo: Until I commit to the task the Lane Hackers have set before me.
=LSF=Virgo: But, I can delay that quite easily.
=LSF=Virgo: I need to ensure I have a place to go to after committing these offences within Liberty.
aerelm: So, you're a LSF working for LH and on an assignment from whoever that Itziar you mentioned is.
=LSF=Virgo: And more.
=LSF=Virgo: As I said, I was being brief.
aerelm: And here you are, telling that to someone you don't even know, and we're not even drinking.
aerelm: At least I'm not.
=LSF=Virgo: I am, of course expendable.
=LSF=Virgo: Although I may be risking valuable information.
=LSF=Virgo: I am taking a leap of faith so to speak.
aerelm: Makes sense, actually.
=LSF=Virgo: A plausible explanation yes.
aerelm: So, having an "active" status in LSF gives you how much influence exactly?
=LSF=Virgo: I am a Lieutenant in rank.
=LSF=Virgo: I have a lot of influence.
=LSF=Virgo: Providing it doesn't have any negative effect on the directorate.
aerelm: Haven't been around Liberty for a while, but a lieutenant in rank ain't that high around Bretonia.
aerelm: So unless it's "under the table" influence you're talking about, don't consider me impressed.
=LSF=Virgo: You could say, I am well connected.
=LSF=Virgo: To put it bluntly.
=LSF=Virgo: Of course, why wouldn't I be?
=LSF=Virgo: I am working with the Lane Hackers, The Outcasts, as stated.
=LSF=Virgo: The Benitez.
=LSF=Virgo: And more.
aerelm: Makes more sense now.
aerelm: So, you're asking for a hand here. You being a LSF who's soon nuking his stance with Liberty. Tell me if I'm not seeing this ~
aerelm: right, but sounds to me like you don't have much to lose in that area.
aerelm: As in, nothing would be too big of a risk to take.
=LSF=Virgo: You are correct.
aerelm: And you being this desperate makes you quite easy to trust, actually.
=LSF=Virgo: I will leave that to your better judgement yes.
aerelm: So... Why the hell not. Let's work out a deal.
=LSF=Virgo: Excellent.
aerelm: So, what is it exactly that you want?
=LSF=Virgo: Pennybrooke
=LSF=Virgo: Her Whereabouts.
=LSF=Virgo: Her Contact details.
=LSF=Virgo: I must arrange a meeting with her over a secure channel.
aerelm: Hmm, sounds straight forward.
=LSF=Virgo: Quite yes.
=LSF=Virgo: But I would also like your company.
=LSF=Virgo: You could lead me to her.
aerelm: I've tracked a couple of "ghosts" before, so this one should be a piece of cake.
aerelm: Any ideas on what ship it actually is?
=LSF=Virgo: I am under the impression that it would be a Large Freighter ship of some sort.
aerelm: Kinda suicidal bringing that to Omicrons, but alright. You're the guy in the Guardian.
=LSF=Virgo: More than likely, he or she would have a substantial amount of research within his or her cargo hold.
=LSF=Virgo: Also.
=LSF=Virgo: I will be operating under another alias.
=LSF=Virgo: Ryan.Bishop
=LSF=Virgo: It has worked well thus far.
aerelm: That one does ring a bell. Eagle with Flashpoints?
=LSF=Virgo: Saishi at current, Although I have never been in possession of an Eagle vessel.
aerelm: Yeah, was a wild guess. Didn't actually ring any bells.
=LSF=Virgo: Not bad.
aerelm: Anyways... To the more important matter - What would be my "options" in return?
aerelm: As in, I scratch your back, what would you scratch my back with?
=LSF=Virgo: Well.
=LSF=Virgo: As you have not told me what you are interested in thus far. As long as it is within reason.
aerelm: Well, I'm quite flexible.
aerelm: Unless you're the "I'll give you blah millions in cash" type, in which case, I don't really need any.
=LSF=Virgo: I have been known to be quite good at providing valuable information.
=LSF=Virgo: Secret information.
=LSF=Virgo: Infiltration.
=LSF=Virgo: Or even bending the judicial system.
aerelm: I've always been more interested on things I can put on shelves, actually.
aerelm: Or in hangars, for that matter.
=LSF=Virgo: So you have an idea of what you want?
aerelm: Liberty gear has always looked nice, actually.
aerelm: Not Magmas, they're way too overused.
=LSF=Virgo: I'll put that down as constructive criticism.
aerelm: Not really, every cheap mercenary and his whore of a dog working for Liberty had some on their ship back in the day.
aerelm: Didn't help them any.
aerelm: Actually... Considering your current situation, I'll kick it up a notch.
aerelm: Let's talk ships.
=LSF=Virgo: So be it.
=LSF=Virgo: That seems reasonable
aerelm: Since you're getting in trouble with Liberty anyways, so you wouldn't have anything to lose.
=LSF=Virgo: Providing everything I have told you remains secret.
=LSF=Virgo: You can honour that right?
aerelm: That's a given. I like listening. Talking, not much so.
=LSF=Virgo: Excellent.
aerelm: And plus, when I talk ships, I never go big.
aerelm: Even this fat bird is a pain to fly, and it's supposed to be a gunship.
aerelm: The only reason I took it on this trip is cause I was going to spend hell of a time out in the open, so needed some room to
aerelm: stretch my legs.
aerelm: So, by your laid back tone I'm assuming it wouldn't be much trouble sneaking out a snub out of the docks and putting it on
aerelm: autopilot to come my way then?
=LSF=Virgo: I don't think that should be a problem.
=LSF=Virgo: Providing the location is not hazardous to the ship.
aerelm: Yeah, and that's not the main thing I had in mind.
aerelm: A ship on its own is like a toilet roll. You wipe your arse with it once and its a goner.
=LSF=Virgo: I see.
aerelm: Seeing as you claim to be "well-connected", what can you get me for the repairs?
aerelm: As in, actual prints. Not the typical hull panels I can get anywhere.
=LSF=Virgo: How about the blue prints to said vessel.
=LSF=Virgo: Transported within the ship.
aerelm: Why the hell not
=LSF=Virgo: It will allow you insight into installation design
=LSF=Virgo: Weaponry systems.
=LSF=Virgo: So that you can render it as you wish.
=LSF=Virgo: Reverse engineer so to speak.
aerelm: Sounds like a challenge to accept.
=LSF=Virgo: So I trust we are concluded here.
=LSF=Virgo: Hmmm
aerelm: So, assuming we're set on the Avenger, once I get that Penny Brooke, the Bishop comm would be the way to reach you?
=LSF=Virgo: That would be correct.
=LSF=Virgo: It will automatically transmit a secure line.
=LSF=Virgo: And I will add network protection to the channel once it has commenced.
aerelm: Time to hit the bar then. I'll see what I can dig up about that researcher gal-pal of yours meanwhile.
