I believe it is two with a third house (Kusari) holding an embargo against Liberty.
I mean it takes two to tango and it would take both Liberty and Kusari to want conflict at this point to start actual military confrontations.
It was very heavily implied in the Kusari summit thread that you would be going to war with Liberty. I don't mind this, conflict is good, and mod progression is even better.
But I think the fact that Rheinland is still shooting us even after we dragged that chunk of their base to New Hampshire and made them burn their own jumpgates is just a little unusual, and wish they'd just let the whole conflict rest for the sake of keeping the mod interesting. (Unless you think having a house get totally obliterated from three sides is interesting.)
If it comes down to it we could always just escape through Alaska and become Liberty in Exile or something, but I don't think that's better for anybody.

No, you were just wrong.
Regardless of the 'true intent' of your original post, the sorry state of affairs relating to the failure to end the already-dwindling Rheinland/Liberty war - apparently due to the Rheinland player base fearing any sort of progressive change or development in mod lore - has, as far as I know, nothing to do with any Gallia or Kusari players at all.
In fact, I think that particular avenue of RP should damn well have gone through. Liberty needs to come fight us, so we can have delicious krieg, not split itself even further among all three of Kusari, Gallia and Rheinland, as well as internal pirate-related fights and such.
This is, admittedly, assuming that Kusari-Liberty war does break out at some stage, which is seeming more likely by the week.
P.S. Since this is only appropriate:

No not implied war.
There has been an embargo placed upon Liberty for perceived acts perpetrated against us by Liberty.
Liberties corps have answered that Kusari's lane/gate network would no longer be supported and hence Kusari now needs to turn to Gallia for support in that matter to cut Liberty out of the equation when it comes to the network.
This is the tension that excels and is fun to play with.
There is no conflict yet and it takes moves from both sides to turn it into such.
Although it must be said that Kusari did just get a new government, so there is a chance things will swing further one way or the other.

Please elaborate on how that does not imply a war between Kusari and Liberty depending on the outcome of the summit.
Quote:Such a summit will probably be a major event, whose aftermath could change significantly Sirius sector.
Many are the ones who wouldn’t benefit from a close cooperation between the two houses.
The house of Liberty, for one, that could do without a new war frontline, busy enough attempting to prevent the House of Bretonia’ fall.
Another one is the exiled Emperor Kogen Jien, despising Gauls, attempting to claim back the Chrisanthenum throne despite the diminished forces he can rely on, would also have all interest in seeing this summit fail.
Because that is a possibility of a reason others might want to join in the event, the creators wish it to remain open for everybody who wants to attend and put up a possible reason that people could use.
Consider it an invitation to attend if you choose to.
The point is that if you come, and by all means do, your actions will affect the future of Kusari one way or another.
There are several views happening in Kusari at the moment and one of them is indeed war with Liberty.
Although we have the fastest expanding military in Sirius at the moment, the total size is not that impressive, hence while Liberty is involved in war with both Rheinland and Gallia is the best time to act.
There is another view going on that war right now is not a good idea, since we have two houses expanding the Kusari navy, it is just a matter of time before we get to the point we can wage war on our own terms anyway.
And another that postulates that war is bad for business and we are set to become the new center of Sirius economically speaking.
And finally that we can bide our time before taking revenge on Gallia and hitting them right where it hurts.
So many possibilities, so many opposing views.
In some of our views this is how a more politically fractured house can look like.

Not really, Kusari made points of embargoes in poorly laid out RP with inadequate evidence to prove it. Yet you still want to insinuate a war. We don't want it, but you're going to make sure you let us know that's what you want. Trying to cut Liberty's fuel line, bringing in Gallia to Kusari who is in open conflict with both Bretonia and Liberty. You can try sugar coating it saying 'Oh, we don't want war. We're just being pricks because that's our RP'
You're vying for a war, stop trying to beat around the bush.
Maybe I do, maybe I don't. What ever I do, I'm still not perma-banned.

This is you assuming Liberty players want to krieg. As far as I just read, all I see is 'RM wants more kreig because we can't get enough'
How about you jump into Liberty and shoot GRN? No, you wouldn't do that. It goes against what you believe in right? Your way being the only way.
The other main thing you're all failing to remember is that Liberty is the starting point for all new players. Not everyone in Liberty is forum savvy, so Mr New from god knows where sees Rheinland and Liberty are red to each other, buys battle ship and is highly inexperienced, gets blown up and RM who are filled with no so useless players go "oh look, we're better than them. Why aren't they coming to pew us?"
Look at BAF, they've been fighting GRN for eons now and ALWAYS lose, because Reavers reave when GRN are fighting. Then all of a sudden lore states that Bretonia is weak because of player skills and numbers. No, this is not mod progression, this is a circle jerk of skype friends or associates making sure their side always wins.

This little game of yours insinuates that a large Gallic fleet visits your capital. You say in here Liberty may want to get involved. "Liberty lawful playerbase is free to participate, if their respective official factions decide to. In that case, please contact KNF HC to describe what your intentions would be so that we can arrange things." What exactly do you expect Liberty lawfuls to do with our enemy? Come along and shake hands with the enemy? No, what you're doing is baiting Liberty into trying to do something to stop it. So this simply leaves two paths with same destination. One gets there quicker than the other.
Those being Liberty tries to stop it: Kusari gets PMS over it and war happens quickly
Liberty ignores it: Kusari gets to form an alliance upon which Kusari opens doors to Gallia to attack Liberty, either through warfare ormore imposed embargoes baiting us to war.

Liberty have disproven all your accusations and yet Kusari still try to push that they're right despite the fact that Liberty accepted responisibility for an indies action, and you had one screen of LSF in Kyushu. You implied an embargo over insignificant actions of those not directly involved.

The way you're going, there is only one path and that one path is not good for Liberty. And you know this and don't give a damn.
The way it was worded implied threat, though I can tell you the [LN] is certainly planning on attending. Any OORP views I have towards anything favor both mod progression and at the very least an interesting outcome for both sides. Not attending would be detrimental and hypocritical, and all I'm asking in this thread is that the interests of all parties be considered OORPly.
In short, Liberty getting hit from three sides = little room for story progression, not very interesting.
Allegiances shifting = Lots of new opportunities for RP and progression.
