Hah! And I'll right well say if we sew the seeds of our own doom we'll do it the right proper way! With science! It doesn't do anyone a whole lot of good if they have nowhere to live where there's water and oxygen, now does it ol' chap?

Anyhow, I have compiled a list of goods which will need to be brought in in order for the pilot construction to take place. They are as follows.

1. 1,000,000+ Oxygen
   
2. 800,000 Cryocubes
   
3. 1,200,000 Freon
   
4. 250,000 Xenobiotic filters
   
5. 305,000 Industrial Materials
   
6. 45,000 Robotic Components
   

This will allow construction of a pilot plant on the surface of the planet to test and see how the local environment will react to the changes we intend to make. We have plotted a location on one of the northernmost continents where we can construct an island base and begin direct atmospheric modification.

I'll admit, there's a slight margin of unknown here. No idea how the planet will react. It could create a giant apocalyptic hurricane! But my scientists assure me it probably won't. Probably.

We'll also need to consider construction of expanded orbital infrastructure and potentially a docking ring. It all depends on how well the pilot project goes.
