I would like to report 2 incidents witnessed by our employees at Freeport 1 this evening.
1.
I am told that a rather infuriated person named Eric.Micheals appeared. He told our employees something about being disgraced by OSI and started to take out his grudge on the depots beside the Freeport.
He was asked to stop, but he refused and proceeded to try and bait our employees into firing upon him.
As security is not our job and our employees were unsure of protocol, it was decided not to engage.
He was friendly with the Hessians, but his ship identification was that of a Zoner.
One of our employees managed to report the incident to a Mr. Von Ribentrop of the Red Hessians, who promised to take action.
2.
The second incident reportedly happened just minutes after. A luxury liner by the name of [P]Bloody'Moon approached the Freeport, followed by a deligation of Bretionian forces. They accused him of commiting piracy in Cambridge.
They we're told to break the no-fire zone at their own responsibility and since they were in doubt of their jurisdiction, they chose to withdraw. Afterwards, the pilot of the Bloody'Moon was told to please refrain from bringing trouble to the Freeport.
Again, neither of our employees engaged and made it very clear that they didn't intend to.
The assessment from our pilots is that the first incident was the act of a frustrated individual, not representative of the Red Hessians' attitude towards Zoners or the Freeport and the second incident was caused by a pirate, trying to exploit the neutrality of the Zoners.
My humble advice is to put the Bloody'Moon on a not-wanted list. If you let pirates use the Freeport to flee from Bretionian forces, relations may start to deteriorate rapidly.
Also, maybe contact Mr. Von Ribentrop to make sure that the matter concerning Mr. Eric.Micheals is cleared up.
Documentation about the incidents can be provided at request.
