I apologise for the late response, to your Communication, regarding a Military Material Licence. Your application, as would be expected for a well known Libertonian Corporation, has been approved. The 6 months will start from today's date .
Colonel Gerard Lefevre,
Having looked at your request, it has been decided that we require a bit more information about this request.
1) How are you going to be shipping these items through Bretonia?
2) What safeguards are in place to stop any contamination should there be any accidents?
3) How often would these shipments take place?
Until these have been answered satisfactorily your request has been placed on hold.
Mr. John McAllister,
We are always glad of the help that the Junker Congress gives Bretonia against the Gallics. With this in mind a Military Materials Licence has been granted, from this date, for six (6) months.
As for the adding of Black Market Munitions to your Licence this has been denied.
You may, if you wish, apply to the Bretonian Government for a Special Dispensation.
Mr. John McAllister,
Bretonia is always glad of the supplies that OSI bring in and we see no problem in granting you a Military Materials Licence. Once we have received the required payments both Licences will be promptly renewed.
Mr. Tam Nyund,
USI is a well respected Libertonain Company, so once we receive your payments all three (3) Licences, requested, will be processed and approved.
Miss. Lena Atzenbruck,
We will indeed renew your two (2) requested Licences once you have send proof of Payments. I am sorry for this inconvenience but due to the insurmountable amount of communications coming to this Office we seem to have misplaced the records.
Mr. Okada Kazuya,
It is with great pleasure that I can approve your request for a Tau Trading Licence. It is a great day for Bretonia and Samura Heavy Industries.
I understand your concern about this issue, as these materials are not easy to handle and they carry a significant risk. Here are the requested details:
1. The items will be shipped in specially remodelled and outfitted gunboat class vessels, with gunboat and snubcraft escort. BAF/BPA/BIS escort is welcomed and can be arranged any time, if you want to be more sure about security. The crew is specially trained and has special orders, outlined in point 2.
2. The shipping containers are air-tight, shielded and insulated. The special cargobay is unpressurized, and outfitted with shaped charges, which will be armed and blown up if any sign of contamination or leakage is detected, destroying the cargo itself, but leaving the ship in operational sate. The ship will be thoroughly inspected and decontaminated before repairs (or destroyed if necessary). The ship itself will have minimal crew, and the computer systems will not be networked in any way. The crew will wear pressurised exosuits throughout the entire voyage. In case the explosive failsafe is ineffective, the crew will leave the ship, and the ship will be set on a collision course with the nearest star via a remote system. If this fails, the ship will be destroyed by the escort on the spot. The remains will be collected and disposed into a star.
If you think these failsafes are not enough, please direct me to the proper Bretonian agency for further advise.
3. This kind of shipment would happen on one or two occassions altogether, though the exact time is not known yet, we are still making arrangements, and the special ship is still under preparation. I plan to contact the relevant Bretonian agencies to carry out the shipping with their support, as I believe their knowledge on this matter would greatly lower the risks. I'd be glad if you could provide me some contact details in your answer, or on a private channel.
If you have any more questions, please don't hesitate to contact me.
Thank you fro your prompt reply. We require a little more information. If these are answered to our satisfaction then we cannot see any problem with granting you this Licence.
1) What items will you be transporting within Bretonia?
2) Where is the final destination of these items?
There is one caveat with the granting of this Licence. Every shipment will have to be escorted by either BAF, BPA or BIS whilst within Bretonia. Please contact these Agencies, through usual channels, to arrange for an escort.
1. The shipment will include: nomad biomatter (ship remains, all sizes), and derelict nomad power cores (called derelict nomad artifacts in some regions). Still, arrangements has to be made with our science team on what amount they require of these items.
2. The final destination is classified. Or, at least, I shall not disclose it on this open civilian channel. I am sending you a maximum security message attached to this reply. Please check your inbox.
Of course we will comply with your request, and we shall arrange BAF/BPA/BIS primary fleet escort before making any attempt to ship nomad biomatter in Bretonian space.
If you have any more questions, please don't hesitate to contact me.
Having reviewed the information sent by you, we have decided to grant your request for a Nomad Biomatter, Equipment and Weapons License (N-BEW License).
Please note - Failure to comply with any of your safeguards or our requirements and your Licence will be immediately revoked.
