I have no idea what the internal dynamics of the group are, but I'll address Von-Struder:
Take charge of your group, rein in stray comments, and avoid snap reactions to feedback. Faction (or any) proposals are about putting your best face forward, which includes both presenting the best message and demonstrating you're a leader who can take charge and maintain control. I recall the Judges faced some issues over heated reactions in feedback and proposal threads. I certainly know that was the case in multiple [ZA] threads. I won't speculate about "fault" and who instigated things, because it doesn't matter. What does matter is the fact that the reactions of their members didn't look good, and that's all it takes for people to form negative opinions. Above all, do not let your faction get drawn in or co-opted into pursuing OORP grudges and attempts to make a statement.
Shut the frakk up, Tel. Everytime you show up and try to get involved into anything, things become worse as they've already been. You guys copied upon a player-faction lore just because their ID is now publically available. The parts you made up on your own are some mere paragraphs, which are not enough to justify an official faction. Not even an unofficial one.
So while you might for your new faction proposal use the past factions background as just that, background, you still will have to povide a fair share of new and own lore.
Which this group hasn't done.
So back to the drawboard.
Besides, shooting civilian libertonian corps is definitely not the way the Legion ever done it. So you're already breaking "npc-faction-lore" (as the ID is publically available now, this faction has such a thing like "npc-faction-lore").

A feedback thread is not somewhere, where you filter out all the negative comments. It is here you address them.
You lack the ability to address negative comments. You take them personally and as such are a complete menace to any faction or group you join.

If Omegas were puted as original ZOI, I wonder, why only at 40th post someone noticed it?
Just small tip- you don't need to post system as part of a ZOI, if you just going to pass it while trading. While being in [RHA], I made some runs from Omegas to Pensyl. and even Magelan. But as trade ship I had no intense to fight or act in any way. But having Omega in your ZOI means that you can come there, and provide some influence on things there.
