Greetings ,

Whilst on patrol today i encountered a ship pilot going by the name of Dredd, who flies an unregistered Defiant Class Gunboat (Liberty Gunboat) with Freelancer ID Papers. I tried to halt him, but he blatantly ignored me. He escaped me at the NY Gate in California because of an Traffic Jam. Later spotted his vessel again at Norfolk, halted him again. He got help from one of his friends, shot my liberator down. I put the ship's blackbox logs in as an attachment. Pardon me for keeping this brief, but i got another destroyer causing havoc in New York, please see the logs for a more detailed description of the situation. The Guncams were lost with the destruction of my ship. ( // Was to busy dodging gunfire and CDing Dredd to make them )

I also interfered with official =LSF= business by halting an undercover again called Champion. Sorry for that, but i saw a Wraith flying fugitive colors. I got suspicious and halted him. He later cleared the situation with me and i apologized.

The ships being reported for law breaches:

Dredd - Freelancer ID'd Defiant Class Gunboat (Liberty Gunboat)
Liam - Freelancer ID'd Roc Bomber (Civilian Bomber)

Laws being breached:

Liberty laws section 1.3 Assaulting an officer (Liam, Dredd)
Liberty laws section 1.4.2 Refusing a stopping order (Dredd)
Liberty laws section 1.5 Obstructing the course of justice (Liam)
Liberty laws section 3.2 Owning an unlicensed Liberty Gunboat (Dredd)

I would appreciate it if these 2 individuals were added to the Liberty Criminal Database so they may be prosecuted for their crimes against an LSF agent, and the Republic of Liberty.
