This is Santo Kaisa Jiro Taiyouji, reporting.

Two days ago, I joined up with Kaisho-ho Ishikawa-san after a report stated that the Exile forces had gathered in Kyushu and were getting ready for a fight.

We appeared in Kyushu at about 1500 SMT. The Exiles were talking in system wide radio about how much they miss their homes and how incompetent the current government and our naval forces are. We tried to locate them meanwhile and had to answer to some of their misconceptions, their beliefs that are actually blatant lies, and their constant use of deragotary language.

They belonged to a group of exiles calling themselves the Ronins who are still fanatically loyal to Jien Kogen. It's quite strange that they call themselves Ronins, while actually serving a master still, but maybe it also explains a lot since they've totally lost their senses and have no idea of what's what anymore.

After having a brief 'discussion' with them over the system wide comms, both I and Kaisho-ho decided that these people have been properly brainwashed and no matter what we said it would not convince them that their way is a path to destruction.

They refuse to acknowledge that they left our home with practically no defenses, and took the bulk of our navy to the front for an incompetent adventure and caused their slaughter. As a result of this Kusari was in the brink of destruction, where our very existence was threatened.

After everyone made sure that the words were useless, the Ronin suggested:

They should realize by now that their old Emperor has lost the Heaven's Mandate already, and as long as they follow him they are bound to fail.

We could quickly destroy them despite the slight number disadvantage. I guess the old navy was built upon servitude and flattery, rather than proper mettle, skill and competency. It clearly shows in the field of battle. Thus, I no longer wonder how they got most of our navy slaughtered in the wars.

It seems our navy and our pilots are a lot more competent and better trained then theirs despite the experience disadvantage. Let's hope that this really is the case, because these veterans are beyond hope. The defense of our country, the safety and future of our people solely rest on our shoulders.

Konnichiwa, this is Nitto Kaisa Katsuo Shimoe reporting. Certain logistic problems, coupled with several training exercises to adapt to our new very heavy fighters has delayed this report submission. Due to the estimated number of operations to report, I'll keep each report to be bare essentials.

On the 7th of the month, naval command organized a joint training exercise for the primary fleet's fighter squadrons. Kaisho-ho Ishikawa Ideaki and Itto Kaisa Soga Yuki gave orientation to those present on the operation of the new Kusari Navy "Raijin" Very Heavy Fighter, and the "Chimera" MK. II Heavy Fighter.

On the 8th I linked up with officer Teta Nakamura, who had recently been assigned to the Matsumoto squadrons, and together we stood watch on the traffic coming and going through Hokkaido and Rishiri. Nakamura-san seemed in low spirits this day, seemingly displeased with recent relations with Gallia. Ishikawa-san at one point appeared in our area, and engaged in some conversation with us before proceeding to his own assignment. There wasn't any important occurrence during our patrol, and we limited to verify the cargo and share intel between us.

On the 14th of this month, I departed form the Matsumoto on my bomber in response to sightings by KNF patrols of a Outcast dreadnought in the Kyushu system. The Outcast "Putin" was engaged and destroyed by Naval capital vessels. 1 2 3

On the 29th of March, after an extensive overhaul of the fighter squadrons to accommodate the new Raijin vhf, we resumed active patrol operations. The new VHF, although not as maneuverable and versatile as the old Chimera, do provide increased resistance to the hostile environment of Hokkaido, which allow us to extend our patrols in the radiated and nebula enshrouded areas for longer periods.
I decided to make an extended patrol through Kusari space, stopping along the path for refueling.

Spotted a IC affiliated transport evoga, and made him surrender its cargo of Hypnotainment Bands. 1 2 3

Found a freelancer gunboat with a junker transponder. I interrogated the captain Josh_Wildfire and issued a warning to him to look for a alternative to his current transponder. 1 2

Found an oddly placed Rheinland Military bomber pilot in the area around Planet Kyushu, callsign Crik . I tried to question him, but he decided to deal with planetary authorities instead. Seems he was shadowing an IC convoy. 1 2

After that, I patrolled all core systems without any more incidents, and returned to base.

A while later, I departed again to inspect Tau-29 operational region. Very little activity, but I located an unusual base located far form usual passage routes, south of Freeport 6, denominated Peregrine Spaceport. Images are not accurate enough, but I guess this presence should be discussed with GRN forces in the region before deciding on a course of action.

Back in New Tokyo, in the midst of a large group of civilian vessels in transit, a junker liner was spotted. It immediately caught the attention of a couple hogosha pilots, and thanks to them I was able to reach the junker vessel with an unreadable name. 1 2 3 4 I was going to escort him out to Okinawa, but naval forces patrolling in Shinagawa were more heavy handed, and the junker suffered a critical failure on it's engines and exploded. Whatever survivors were remaining form the sudden explosion were picked up, and I requested to the hogosha to deploy a cleanup crew to remove the hull scrap and floating hellium cargo that survived. 1 2 3 4 5

After that incident I returned to the Matsumoto and ended this last patrol.

On the 17th of March, 12:50p.m. our ship was near the New Tokyo - Honshu jumpgate when a Rheinland Buro Der Marineintelligenz Ahoudori Explorer appeared from the gate. The BDM ship with callsign BDM|U-60 was ordered to stop and his purposes in the sector questioned.

According to the captain, he was heading to the Tau systems on a research mission. Feeling unsuited to inquire further a Rheinland agent whose goals were outside Kusari, we offered ourselves to escort him to Nago station in Tau-29, where we left the ship and made our way back to New Tokyo.

Konnichiwa. Yesterday I was out on patrol in New Tokyo together with Tokkeitai's Hakutaku-san, when a transmission through the military channels arrived. The transmission indicated that one ship of the Rheinland BDM agency was requesting permission to enter Kusari space. We linked up with the ship in Akita Border Station in the Honshu system.

The vessel was a Uruz class transport, callsign BDM|LV-Hofvarpnir , and was carrying what he called a new type of ablative power armor plating to be tested and used in Yokohama shipyard. We decided to provide escort to the destination, and only had one incident of a junker appearing near Akita station before departure, which Hakutaku decided to deal with singlehandedly.

The travel to Yokohama Shipyard in the New Tokyo System proved uneventful, and the cargo was safely delivered. Back then I thought it was unusual for the intelligence office to be doing deliveries, but perhaps there was something secret about the cargo properties, so I refrained to make any questions. Perhaps I should have done so.

The return trip was also uneventful, and me and Hakutaku-san left the rheinlanders on our border in the sigma-13 system.

With the Honshu system calm, I decided to patrol by myself the Kyushu lanes and the Tau-29 operational area. Other than some freelancer ships, I have found nothing unusual, and I returned to base in Hokkaido.

Subject: Meeting with RFP (April 12, 821A.S. )

Konnichiwa. Today I report a meeting made by myself with elements of the Rheinland Federal Police forces in the Frankfurt system. The goals of such meeting were to maintain the regular contact and working relationship with Rheinland forces, and to acquire information regarding recent events outside Kusari.

After a few rounds around Kusari core systems, I picked up some gifts to give the expected contacts and headed to the Fulda Border Station on the Frankfurt system.
The voyage went without any incident, and after a while I arrived at the border station and hailed any law enforcement ships on duty through the security channels.

A response came from an officer of the Rheinland Federal Police, RFP|Obt.Thom.Wolthers , who informed that would meet me as soon as his duties allowed him.

I had been concerned with a recent decrease of commercial traffic in Kusari, which was one of the reasons that had made me travel to Rheinland. Seems the cause of such low traffic wouldn't be found there, because a reasonable number of corporate and independent transports did pass through while I waited.

Officer Thom.Wolthers finally arrived, and we exchanged greetings. I offered my gift, 20 units of New Tokyo 5 Star Sake to him and the rest of the police group he belonged to, which was gladly received by the police officer.

We then started a conversation regarding potential security issues on the Kusari/Rheinland border. It seemed that there had not been any incidents that could have disrupted the trade flow in recent days.

We also discussed several topics, from the embargoes levied against Liberty, news from Bretonia, new deployments from the Kusari Navy arsenal, and so on. A transcript of the whole conversation is provided at the end of this report

The rheinlander expressed curiosity about our new Raijin Very Heavy Fighter model, as it was the first time one had been flown in the Rheinland region. I provided some details about the Raijin and our Chimaera Mk.II fighters, and inquired about the ship capabilities of the RFP.

It has become apparent to me that the Federal Police is suffering from budget restrictions, and with the war with Liberty taking it's toll, it's unable to completely field Rheinland military/police vessels for all it's pilots, having to rely on civilian craft to compensate for shortages. Officer Thom.Wolthers was himself flying a civilian Eagle Fighter

During our meeting a freelancer ship Coronado_Star appeared in our area. This Pirate Train vessel was carrying and absurd amount of illegal cargo both by Rheinland and Kusari standards, and was ordered to stop by Thom.Wolthers , with me in support.

The pilot was cocky, and even under our watchful gaze and interrogation, tried to find a way to escape. Due to faulty readings on the Librertonian made trade lane's control protocols, the criminal entered the lane without us being unable to immediately pursuit. We had to recoup our time, and gave chase to him, with my ship providing support for cruise disruption.

When it became apparent that the Rheinland fighter was not able to tear down the transport defenses alone, I requested permission to engage with full force. The request was granted and I engaged the criminal, but still we were unable to destroy him before we lost him in an asteroid field.

We returned to the meeting point, and after a few more topics of conversation, we parted ways and I returned to Kusari space.

I end my report with two recommendations to the Naval Command.
The first one is to hold a joint military exercise or demonstration with Rheinland forces sometime soon, so that we may present our latest advancements in our arsenal to our trusted neighbors.

The second recommendation is to investigate the feasibility of employing some part of our stock of unused fighters designated for our police forces, and lease them for use with the Rheinland Police forces.

Taisuke Bei here to present the paperwork of his recent patrol.

I can say I had a busy day dealing with petty Libertonian rule breakers, at times I don't understand why are they allowed to even enter our great nation. Let me begin.

I started my patrol from Battleship Nagumo, in Kyushu System, where my ship was taken for repairs after my previous adventures in Tau-23 system. I headed to Shikoku System for border control and maintaining order over there, it's a known place for troublemakers. Shikoku was a little quite so I've decided to check Kepler a bit, see if there are any Xenos. Just as I got to Ames Station I noticed a Liberty trader ship with call-sign [RMS]-Magdala having suspicious amount of crew members on his ship. When he couldn't show me their ID papers I knew for sure it's Slaves, so I asked him to release them or I will open fire on his ship. He complied and Ames Station was contacted and they sent freighter units to pick up the pods with the slaves, they assured me to provide the people with food and other commodities until Kusari Officials come after them and start an investigation about their origin and deport them back home.

Going back to Shikoku I intercepted yet another Libertonian trader ship with call-sign Paderson_Pyle having suspicious amount of crew members. Before I do anything I started questioning him to find out who his buyer is and where does he get all these people from. But like any Libertonian he decided to lie to me saying all these people come from a recently destroyed cruiser vessel and are to be taken to Rheinland, which makes no sense at all. After our long chat I told him to proceed to Planet New Tokyo and meet our Foreign Affairs officials to make a database of his passengers and lock him up for these crimes. But the moment we reached Planet New Tokyo he decided to make the run for it. Luckly the police units were able to catch up with him and dismount his ship near Shinagawa Station. Kishiro transport ships came immediately from Shinagawa and took the people in.

After this is done I headed back to Shikoku I met yet ANOTHER Libertonian trader ship with call-sign Silver Rush hauling H-Fuel to Liberty with that he was in violation of our embargo towards them. Claiming he wasn't aware of it I let him go back and ask for refund from his buyer but warned him he will be fined next I catch him.

Konnichiwa. Keeping in line with the regular duties, I deliver my report on my latest deployments.

On the 2nd of this month, I've launched from the Matsumoto and linked with Santo Kaisa Jiro.Taiyouji and his wingmates, Nitto Kaii Isshin.Hirano and Nitto Kaii Remiyu.Hamada.
We started with some weapon setup and some fighting practice near Kure Shipyard. A few moments later, while I was in the shipyard to adjust a stabilizer, Jiro and the others went to Honshu in response to a sighting of a corsair wing. I launched sometime after, but our forces were overwhelmed when I arrived, and I was not able to achieve victory against the corsair adversaries.

The hostile's callsigns were Juan.Sanchez[TBH] , Leonardo.Vulpes[TBH] and Arcelia:Chavez[TBH]. All hostiles were flying fighter class vessels, and one of our pilots reported one missile centered loadout being used by at least one of the enemies. Due to ship destruction, no images were recovered from this encounter.

On the 4th, I launched once again and patrolled around New Tokyo. I've encountered a DSE transport heading to Rheinland with trade lane parts and questioned him regarding travel allowances by the Rheinland government. After listening to his story, I offered escort to DSE)Stratolifter, and took him up to sigma-13.

At the time I was interrogating a Unione Corse vessel near Shinjuku Station we started receiving reports of a Blood Dragon vessel near the Shinjuku - New Tokyo lane.

The hostile was of a gunboat class, callsign Mikaboshi. Because I didn't had enough firepower to go against it in my fighter, I resorted to advising traffic to avoid the area while I waited for reinforcements. Meanwhile, the situation deescalated, when the Mikaboshi left the area, and was intercepted and struck down when he approached Planet Honshu defenses in the Honshu system. The vessels [KNF]KDS-Takao and KDS-Kongo assisted in the situation.

Taiyouji.Jiro then joined me for a while to make sure the lanes were kept safe, until we returned to base.

On the 9th, we were on patrol on the Honshu system when we passed a AI transport in Akita Border Station. The transport had Ai registration, but was of human design and was piloted by humans, even though it seemed that some of them had some sort of cybernetic implants, but I could not confirm this. The ship [AI]Canaan|Seth was carrying furs to the Hamburg system, and was allowed to proceed after I had taken recordings of the encounter.
The collaboration of human agents with the mostly unknown AI groups might be of interest to the intelligence service.

On the 13th I've received a mission from Matsumoto operations to run a patrol and check our network of radars in Hokkaido. I ordered some of my pilots to check the ones in the Unyo cloud, while I checked the ones in the Kayo cloud and the Samura exploration site. While I was departing to the first waypoint, Kaisho-ho H.Ishikawa arrived in Hokkaido and decided to accompany me on my assignment.

We arrived at the first satellite on the edge of the Kyofu gap, and spend the shortest time possible downloading a backup copy of the data and leaving the area, as the radiation was constantly hurting the structure of our ships. The second satellite was near the first group of gas miners, and while Ishikawa-san kept the blood dragons away from me, I verified the condition of the satellite and downloaded the data from it.
The third satellite was at the second group of gas miners, and showed some signs of tampering, most probably GC agents. I've managed to repair and reinforce the encryption and access security, and took the data to be evaluated later on by our technicians. We moved to Sapporo station, and then to the 4th location of our radar satellites, a little to the west of the station. Last satellite went without a hitch, and we returned to the Matsumoto by an alternate route.

While we were waiting for clearance to dock, a pair of blood dragons fighters came to harass the location.The gunners of the Matsumoto , in their eagerness of taking down the fighters, disregarded safety protocols and some of those shots struck my ship, taking my shield down before I could evade. I have asked the weapons officer to severely reprimand those gunners.

After completing the mission with all the data acquired and all satellites verified, I followed Ishikawa-san on a patrol in most of Kusari systems.

While patrolling the Honshu system, we stumbled upon one of those Colonial Remnant organization ships. He was transporting passengers to the sigmas, and after some deliberation about that organization unwelcome status in Kusari, Ishikawa-san and I decided to escort him out to the Sigmas.

While proceeding to the Sigmas border with the Colonial CR|-CM-Copernicus, we came upon a blood dragon cruiser called Elisium, and we decided to give chase to the cruiser and left the CR ship alone to proceed on it's own.
We chased him to Hokkaido through a passage in Honshu, but soon lost visual with the hostile near Sapporo Station. Our vessels radars could not pick a trace of him, and after a while our system radars also indicated he had escaped our detection range.

I returned to Honshu and accompanied one of our naval transports while he resupplied some of our positions.

Konnichiwa, I send this report update with the latest assignments and a concerning event.

Hours after the issuing of the last report, I joined with Santo Kaisa Jiro.Taiyouji in a recon patrol in the Tau-29 system, as there where rumors of Colonial Remnant presence near our stations.
We did not manage to find the Colonials, but we spotted a Naval forces Chimaera and we followed it through a jumphole to a neighboring [Unknown] system. Upon finding the pilot waiting on the other side we hailed it.

The pilot was Oki.Mishima, and although we at first thought it was a Naval forces pilot, we eventually found out it was a survivor of the Imperial Expeditionary Fleet, colloquially known as the Exiles. Situation was somewhat stable until a Gallic Council fighter, callsign [C]-Pierre.LaFlamme, appeared, and started being hostile to us. Interesting to not was the defensive stance of the Councilman, and the immediate change by Mishima from suspicion toward us to a complete support to the Council pilot. Whatever loyalties this survivors had, they are not loyal to Kusari anymore.

Jiro seemed interested in keeping some sort of truce with Mishima, and challenged the Council pilot to a duel in exchange for information on that system.
It appears that the Council is not proficient in negotiation, and decided by his secrecy to start the duel with Jiro in that minefield, while Mishima and me watched while avoiding the blaster shots being exchanged.

Jiro handled the adversary very well, and the Councilman was defeated without giving out any piece of information to us. Gotta give it to them their commitment to their cause, whichever that is.

We tried to convince Oki.Mishima to return with us to Kyushu and explain her situation to our command, but her mind was wrapped with visions of loyalty to ghosts of the past, and I realized that we wouldn't be able to get anything out of her.

I ordered Jiro to return to Tau-29 and to Kusari space, but Oki.Mishima saw fit to disturb our return after we let her go with her life, so we had to neutralize her ship. We left her pod to be retrieved by whatever renegades she still calls comrades.

Upon returning to Kyushu we were joined by Teta Nakamura of Matsumoto's 37th Tactical Squadron, and the 3 of us went on to fulfill a patrol mission by Kyushu mission control. We scoured a southern route to Nansei Research Station for hostiles, and cleared the area of several Farmers Alliance and GC ships.

As we had completed our mission and were returning to New Tokyo, Nakamura-san decided to return early to Hokkaido by a more direct route. However, as she passed to the Hokkaido system, we lost contact with her, and suspecting something was wrong, turned back and headed to the same route.

Upon arrival at Hokkaido we could only find several GC patrols wandering about, and no trace of Nakamura or her ship. Contact with Matsumoto yielded no new information, and our search did not find anything.

We have send several patrols in case we could find her drifting along the most probable routes to the Matsumoto, but until now Teta.Nakamura is considered Missing in Action.

She is one of my most trusted pilots in the Squadron, and I hope that we can recover her soon enough.

As a final remark in this report, I would like to commend Santo Kaisa Jiro.Taiyouji for his bravery and skill in face of the enemy, and for his continued service to the ideals of the Naval Forces. His actions reflect the prestige that the Naval forces posses, and should serve as and example to all our future pilots.

The same Jiro.Taiyouji has expressed his desire to be relocated to the Matsumoto garrison, and I can vouch for countless demonstrations of skill this pilot has presented, adding that he would be a valuable asset in our campaign in pacifying the Hokkaido region and the New Northern Territories.

An hour ago I was escorting a Samura vessel in Honshu as I received an emergency transmission from a GMG vessel, informing me about an Universal IFF pirate that seemed to be stopping their vessel from moving further into Shikoku.

Joined along the way with the Kempeitai agent Aya Shameimaru-san, I immediately rushed to the scene by Galileo gate to meet a gathering of many vessels. A couple of zoners, an KSP, a Kusari Navy cruiser, that said Universal vessel, and the GMG transport.

It was very soon apparent to me why the Universal vessel would not allow the GMG transport to move further into Shikoku. That GMG transport had thousands of slaves on board.

The KSP in the scene tried to explain to me some things about a foundation of some sorts that save slaves and what not. However, the law is clear, and there was no way I could allow them to pass through Kusari with those slaves.

If they try that, please apprehend and bring them back.

May 10th: LNS encounter in Kepler

On the 10th of May, a patrol from the Myoko responded to reports of smugglers heading to Liberty. Although the patrol didn't find the smugglers, it met a Liberty Navy detachment in Ames Research Station in the Kepler System.

Lieutenant Naoki Seok contacted the LNS-South.Dakota and exchanged information regarding recent happenings in the Liberty border. Pirate activity had risen at this point in time, and the Navy was dispatching heavier assets to deal with patrols.

Our patrol returned to Kusari on good terms with the LN group. No engagements, no casualties.

May 11th: Corsair dreadnought encounter in Honshu.

On the 11th, our transport [KNF]Akita-maru reported the sighting of a Corsair Dreadnought, CNS-Tonma near Akita Border Station in Honshu.

High command was alerted and the [KNF]KDS-Ashigahara was dispatched to Osaka. A bomber patrol Matsu-3 launched from Akita in support, but the commander of the Ashigahara proved capable of diplomacy, and the Corsair showed no intentions of fighting and left Kusari space on our request.

May 22nd: Zoner Colony Ship detected in Honshu

On this day the regional patrol Matsu-3 found readings of a large zoner vessel, denominated HDS-Vengeance . The captain was questioned about it's presence, and affirmed that it had permissions issued by the old Imperial Government.

Matsu-3 informed the captain that the government had changed for a long time, and such permissions were void. Seems the captain had been living under a rock for a few years, which is quite disturbing.
The captain decided to leave towards the Sigma-19 system, not before dropping some hogosha civilians he admitted to have captured inside Ksuari space, at Aomori Station.

This report has been forwarded to the Kempeitai and Kusari police for processing.

Outcast destroyer engaged.

The patrol then received a distress signal from merchants in the New Tokyo system, about an Outcast harassing shipping in the Honshu-New Tokyo junction.
The Outcast Discharge was found actively engaged in piracy in front of the Naval patrol, and immediately engaged. The few bombers were not enough to handle the destroyer, and had to retreat and call for heavier forces.

The [KNF]KDS-Shimotsuki was sent to face the Outcast, but Captain Enomoto reported that Discharge went into hiding, and even with the assistance of the KSP Ika.Soto.Maru Destroyer, he was not found again.

One engagement, civilian ship casualties.
Information regarding this report have been sent to Kusari State Police and Kempeitai agencies for processing.

May 24th: Engagement with Imperial Renegades in Tau-29

On this day, patrol Fuji-2 launched form the Nagumo to check on several points in the Tau-29 system for unusual activity. The patrol reported normal traffic in Nago station, Kishiro exploration site, and Freeport 6. However, when heading to Shinkaku Station, we starting having interferences on the comms, and Fuji-2 reported spotting Kusari ships before we lost contact.

A few hours later we sent another patrol and recovery ships, and found the wrecks of our patrol. No escape pods were recovered, and the black boxes revealed what had occurred.

According to the data, the patrol was surrounded by a large group of Imperial forces, and isolated from our comms. The pilots appealed to the opponents ethics, and engaged in a duel, in which they were defeated.

They most likely have been captured by the enemy, and we have changed procedures to the patrols to prevent the loss of other pilots with weak combat experience.

One engagement, KNF patrol lost.
This is an important event, and this section has been forwarded to the Kempeitai intelligence centers.

May 28th: Discovery and neutralization of Liberty Cruiser, Shikoku system.

A Kishiro transport coming from Liberty reported to us the presence of a Liberty cruiser with irregular (BMM) transponder parked near Deshima.

The cruiser Morani's crew was unresponsive and soon after the [KNF]KDS-Shimotsuki arrived at the scene.
Captain Enomoto tried to contact the crew without success, and after issuing a 10 minute warning, neutralized the immovable ship for traffic security reasons.

June 7th: Zoner vessel in restricted area, Hiroshima system.

On this day Matsue radars detected a zoner IDed vessel in Hiroshima system. [KNF]KDS-Shimotsuki was deployed to find and apprehend the suspect.
Our destroyer found the zoner Teshub , at the commands of a Order Gunboat, near Matsue Base. Warnings and attempts to approach the vessel were unsuccessful, as the Shimotsuki couldn't catch up to the smaller vessel engines.

No engagements, no casualties.

This is grave matter, and this section has been sent to the Kempeitai intelligence centers.

June 8th: Orbital Spa & Cruise vessel carrying illegal registered travelers, Shikoku system.

Battleship Myoko's patrol headed by Lieuteneant Naoki Seok headed to Deshima after radars picked up a ship with the designation HMS near the Kepler gate.
The ship arrived at Deshima, the vessel HMS.Horizon was identified as a OS&C Luxury liner, with a whole load of travelers (irregular designation "slaves" papers) on board. The ship was ordered to dock at Deshima and to proceed with the normalization of these so called passenger's papers. The captain complied, and the passengers were able to continue their voyage in other vessels after the proper checks were made at the station.

The captain proceeded to pick up a group of VIPs from a nearby establishment, and requested that a proper report of the events were transmitted to his boss, for the purpose of the contracts applied on his voyage.
This situation of counterfeit and illegal travel papers must be investigated throughly.

This section of the report has been forwarded to the Kusari police for processing.
