Bounty Hunting and ZOI

Lets say I am on a UC can I only collect bounty contracts in Gallia/Taus or could I collect anywhere? Also Could I take a contract from say ( just an example) the LN?

Just some questions regarding this.

As with all IDs, you can submit kills to any Bounty operators whose requirements you meet (usually reputation, and for some targets, the region of the kill). You can only attack targets, whether bountied or not, as per the engagement clauses of your ID (which are usually tied to ZoI).
