In the spirit of rule 1.3 (a character my not have more than one ID), this is basically not allowed. However, having dual faction membership is not the same as a character posing as a member of a certain faction when actually being a spy for a different faction. When your character is "off-duty" from faction activities, it's more appropriate to use a Freelancer ID.
Hmm, The "Spy" Rp I was doing is that For example my character Florence Pelletier he is a UC and a GRP and I have 2 ships, 1 is A UC the other is a GRP ID IFF Lynx. I honestly wasn't aware that might be against the rules. Well I am sure I can ( or we if more people are honestly interested) can figure out a way to make it work.

Assuming the faction started it would be open application Your character can be a Bretonia Kusarian Rheinlander Libertonian Gallic It can be a Police officer a Smuggler a Soldier a anything. How ever this would be my idea. You would have your UC ship and then a Ship that would be an Inde ( Or official ) of its other faction.
You'll have a bit of an issue with that, I'm afraid. Faction Creation rules don't permit it.

I like the idea of a more violent, more shady Union Corse (very mafia style), but do I feel there is a bit of overlap and redundancy between them and Junkers (or even Gallic Junkers).

We tried a gambling event a long time ago, but that didn't work out. Later though, we actually had an awesome race with the [|] BDS in Tottori, where I must've won at least 10 million. I'd love for that to happen again, but sadly Hogosha are inactive - along with most the rest of our closest friends (Brigands, Maquis).
We do pirate occasionally - mainly Outcasts in the Taus and also Junkers/other smugglers in Gallia who are on our turf. Happened just the other day, actually. Additionally, we've been controlling the new commodity Blue Diamonds as best we can, to try to create more of a monopoly on a valuable legal export. As for drug smuggling, we do our fair share of Nox and Artifact smuggling. Hypnotainment, too, though that should only really be illegal in Gallia or Kusari.

Nox isn't some sort of drug that alters DNA or makes its users violently passionate for the "Orange Purple Dream". Put simply, this drug gives you an extreme high which causes you to pass out for about a day.
As for the smuggling itself, you see, as a quasilawful group the Corse tries to get its hands dirty as little as possible. It helps maintain legitimacy. We do still smuggle Nox and others though, as I said above, but inRP that chore is one we mainly have the Brigands do (since they don't have as much to lose if caught). We produce Nox/Hypnos, they spread it out, and both sides profit.

In general, the Unione Corse [UC] already does a bunch of what you suggested, and most what we don't do is either because we wouldn't want to inRP, or the groups that we would do it with are inactive. Furthermore, the Corse aren't some mega-powerful group; we don't have much interest in Rheinland at all since they're eons away, and Bretonia is too hot for us because it would be bad to get in the crossfire between Gallia and the Colonials/Bretonia.
If you are really interested in helping Gallia activity, then (A) consider joining [UC], where you can assist more directly, or (B) create a stable GRP/Brigands/Maquis/Hogosha group for us to have positive interactions with (because that would be awesome), or [C) create a stable Solar Engineering/Gallic Junkers group for us to have negative interactions with. I'd personally suggest GRP, Hogosha, or GJ, since those have the most flexibility.
What would hurt Gallic activity and even destabilize a lot of the current roleplay would be a second group for an already existing faction. Imagine if there was another Council group that had a different set of interests from [C]. But hey, we're willing to discuss ideas like this

When have the JM Ever done anything like this? Cause I haven't seen them Black mail people, or have people with in the government keeping them out of trouble

Hmm.... I will look into all of these factions. I was unaware that the Current UC Faction was Active/ Had interest in being official ( No Offense) I would like to talk to you on skype got some stuff to talk to you about. But other wise. I will look at these other suggested factions and see if I can find any interest in them.
Though. I feel that this thread could help the UC so anyon with suggestion why not place them?
