I agree with Snak3. This entire zoner saga is unbearably repetitive. It feels like we're stuck in this endless loop of complaints.
An endless discussions, constant rambling about the same subject, with the same arguments and counter-arguments; the incarnation of the most meaningless from of communication imaginable, would make for a good absurd/existentialist drama, but is undoubtedly inappropriate when it comes to creating a healthy atmosphere marked by progress.

Actions should be taken to ensure the same arguments/discussions don't happen again and again.

You are right.
I propose new forum rule:
2.6 Zoners threads off the reservation will be removed without warning

So now think, whether is it even worth wasting time and effort trying to prove your points here, instead of playing the game and actually upping the RP standard / adding to activity.
Again, the problem is insignificant.
Yup

Agreed again, hears an idea.. stop making these pointless zoner threads when you know they are just inflammatory, they are fine as they are. Leave them alone already, go play the game, have fun. Its just a game.

Keeping options open and creating new options = progress
Restricting interactions and saying no, stay in your corner of unimportance, space hermit = regress

So your opinion is that it was bullcrap and you hate official factions because they did not share your opinion? Really?

Really? I'd like to see all those numerous individuals posting here admitting that they as well think Zoners should be one massive, cohesive, organized mini-house rivaling their neighbors in military might (that awful lot neighbors, because since Zoners are like everywhere, they have like everybody as their neighbours), and with a full capital line meant for offensive and defensive equally. I'm curious how many you are in this community thinking this way.

It should have no combat role beyond self preservation, and be armed only to deflect torpedoes (flaks) and fight enemies it can't run from (snubs). If the community wants that, take the Aquilon and make it into that.
We can pretty much agree on this part, that the community wants a colony ship, a colony ship has no business equipping heavy cap weaponry, it should have barely any combat role beyond self defense, etc, yes... maybe except that being the colony ship was and is the role of Nephilim, so I'd rather want to take that as the colony ship, and...

... take the Aquilon and make it the carrier supporting snubcraft exploration out in the Omicrons... oh, wait, it is already capable of that role, people just need to learn what it is meant for.

Please tell me more how you solve problems by ceasing to talk about them.
Had to blow up a Nephilim in New York yesterday. Was fun. Keep them comming as I like to use my LNS- more than odd Texas/Hamburg raid where some side wins only by ganking.
Shrug. I've been addressing this in my arguments. He's just one more new player who isn't experienced with roleplay and can't find anything fun to do in the edge worlds, and so he brings his cap to the houses for the wrong reasons.
To the vets: Okay, fine, you had to follow your roleplay and engage him. There's nothing wrong with that, and you had an interaction.
But to then take the interaction to the forum and make it into a big inrp name-n-shame, basically publicly humiliate this guy, is unnecessary and poor form. Talk to him in PMs. Point him to the forums. Point him to me, point him to Phoenix.
Honestly, it wouldn't surprise me if this was actually one of you guys doing this deliberately to drum up support for your cause to ban zoner caps from house space. Pewing a random transport is about the most un-zonerly thing you could do.
